Ho acquistato un abito ad agosto al 20%, invece di €49 veniva €39,commessa gentile.
Riprovo l'abito a casa, con scarpa e accessori ma non riuscivo a vedermi bene, quindi chiamo il primo numero trovato online e mi risponde una commessa credo di Santarcangelo, le spiego che lavorando dalle 9:00 alle 20:00 tranne la domenica potevo far portare l'abito solo da mio padre, le chiedo se potevano eventualmente farmi un buono che poi con calma mi sarei recata in negozio.
Mi risponde dicendomi che i BUONi non si fanno per i cambi e che avrei potuto prendere un asciugamano da mare o un altro articolo per poi regalarlo.
Punto primo chi dice che devo fare un regalo?!
Secondo, se avessi speso € 10 non avrei nemmeno chiamato.
Terzo, sono stata addetta vendite per 17 anni e non mi sembra corretto aver speso €39 per un abito che ho in una busta e resterà lì per sempre.

I try the dress again at home, with shoes and accessories but I could not see myself well, so I call the first issue found online and I am answered by a saleswoman I believe from Santarcangelo, I explain to her that working from 9:00 to 20:00 except Sundays I could to have my father wear the dress only, I ask her if they could possibly make me a voucher that I would then calmly go to the shop.
He replies by telling me that GOODS are not made for changes and that I could have taken a beach towel or another item and then gave it away.
First point who says I have to give a gift ?!
Second, if I had spent € 10 I wouldn't have even called.
Third, I've been a salesperson for 17 years and it doesn't seem fair to have spent € 39 on a dress that I have in an envelope and it will stay there forever.
