Praticamente ho comprato un paio di scarpe per la bambina che dopo tre giorni sembravano uscite da guerra.
La pelle spellata .Niente rimborso ,niente cambio. Dopo più di una settimana che gli hanno tenute mi le ridanno indietro come niente fosse ?

The peeled skin. No refund, no exchange. After more than a week that they have kept them, they give them back to me as if nothing had happened ?
