Dopo 10 minuti di attesa, chiedo in officina e mi dicono che il responsabile è già andato via, mi danno un numero di cellulare da chiamare. Chiamo e fisso un appuntamento per le 15.30. Sono passato per una consulenza sul Sito Web di Alberti Rent ed ho trovato il titolare amareggiato per una recensione da parte di un signore che non risulta essere cliente del servizio di Autonoleggio. Conosco Paolo, il titolare, da anni e conosco la sua serietà e professionalità. Gli ho spiegato come rispondere da proprietario e come segnalare la recensione inappropriata a Google. Ho visto che l'autore di tale bugia ha già un'altra contestazione di un altro proprietario, oltre a recensioni non giustificabili di altre attività che conosco bene e di cui farò io stesso la segnalazione. Spero che Google prenda provvedimenti al più presto e cancelli quella recensione falsa. Tuesday 12 June 2018. I went for a consultation on the Alberti Rent website and I found the owner embittered by a review by a man who is not a customer of the car rental service. I have known Paolo, the owner, for years and I know his seriousness and professionalism. I explained how to respond as an owner and how to report the inappropriate review to Google. I saw that the author of that lie already has another dispute from another owner, as well as unjustifiable reviews of other businesses that I know well and will report myself. Hope Google takes action soon and deletes that fake review.

A volte capita un imprevisto: prima buco una ruota, poi scopro che il ruotino di scorta è sgonfio. Un passante mi indica un centro revisioni con officina nelle vicinanze, faccio una breve passeggiata, arrivo presso la ditta Alberti, in officina sono impegnati con le revisioni, ma il gentilissimo titolare dell'autonoleggio Alberti Rent, mi assicura che troverà una soluzione. Mentre aspettiamo, mi racconta alcuni divertenti aneddoti sulla attività di noleggio auto, noleggio furgoni, soccorso stradale e, se ne dovessi avere bisogno, mi farà un buono sconto sul noleggio di una vettura. Quando rientra un mezzo, mi accompagna alla macchina con un compressore portatile, rigonfia ruota e ruotino, vado in officina, mi riparano la ruota e posso ripartire per il mio viaggio.
