S	Shinta J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. Being under new management, the menu offerings are different to what it used to be. We ordered the octopus tentacles and shrimp carpaccio as starters and then followed with spaghetti vongole.
R	Rouven Sahm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spend just one night on the Trip to south italy. For this night it was enough. The room was very small and Not modern. The barth was realy small. Everything was clean and the breakfast was ok. A good point is the 20 m distance to the lake.
D	Daniel Aires on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISGUSTING RESTAURANT. First the employee said we could seat at ANY TABLE. Then he came to ask us if we had seen the cart, implying we couldn't pay the bill. Then some kind of manager came to the table and informed us that the table was "reserved" and asked us to leave (more like kicked us out). Really vulgar and disgusting behaviour. At the end, they refuse to give us the complaint book, awful.

P	Peter H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving it a 4 because to date it's the best pizza we have had in Garda and also the cheapest funnily enough. It doesn't deserve to go as low as 3. Service was good and generally friendly. It's a bit of a local hangout and got quite loud. The outside area at night would just be amazing with some sensational views and Sunsets.

There was a problem with our reservation, zero understanding, service and cooperation. Never experienced this level of unfriendliness and unprofessionalism from a hotel (owner!) before. Read the replies of the hotel on other bad reviews, this is exactly how they communicate. Just awful.
D	Dave Bosmans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the summer of 2018 I went on holiday in Italy with my girlfriend and we spent 7 nights in hotel Giardinetto. I remember that the room we got was way too small and the walls were way too thin (we could hear everything from the other rooms). The lady who checked us in wasn't all too friendly and the parking lot where we could leave our car was weedy. Our breakfast wasn't great either although the view we had while having breakfast was beautiful. Ultimately I feel we payed too much for the service we got in return.
J	Jesse Sander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a scam. An unfortunate mistake happened where we wanted a room very late a day before and we were helped in a friendly and pleasant way. We booked using the phone as the hotel was just fully booked via booking and we were hoping another room was available. There was a sense of urgency when we called over the phone though, as the rooms went away very quickly. We had a nice conversation and that we came by train. The next day we found out we booked the wrong hotel (same name, Garda area, same prices but the other side of the lake), not accessible by train! Due to health issues we are not able to reach this part so we wanted to cancel as soon as we found out. We don’t expect a full refund of course but they are not even bothered to have a pleasant conversation. Instead you are treated as dogs and without discussion the full amount (2 days) is charged without even trying to re-rent the room. (And we were pretty early when we noticed the mistake!) I talked to the owner of the other hotel we originally wanted to book and this was not the first time this has happened to a person here. When looking online the place is fully booked so I’m guessing they are simply double dipping the room as we speak. The way this was handled I’d say avoid this place, what a miserable experience to even try to handle this.
