★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem unfreundliche Verkäuferinnen, die die Kundschaft regelrecht anfahren, wenn sie sich selber ihre Größe raussuchen. Bei offensichtlichem Mangel an der Ware auch kein Entgegenkommen beim Preis, obwohl eine der Verkäuferinnen selber von Defekt spricht.
Extremely unfriendly shop assistants who literally approach customers when they choose their own size. In case of obvious lack of the goods also no concession to the price, although one of the sellers themselves speaks of defect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato un paio di scarpe che si sono scollate dopo 10 giorni dall'acquisto e averle usate 2 volte si numero! A detta della commessa, il titolare ha sentito l'azienda produttrice che ha negato la sostituzione, con conseguenza che Rizzi se ne è lavato le mani.
Bought a pair of shoes that fell off after 10 days of purchase and used them twice as many! According to the order, the owner heard the manufacturer who denied the replacement, with the consequence that Rizzi washed his hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptionally poor customer service in Garda store. 13 year old purchased pair of shoes, in daylight they were different colors ( one grey, one blue). Refused to do anything to resolve the problem.
Always take a box and receipt.... they claim they have no duty of care without box and receipt.......despite the staff remembering the sale.
Beware - do not purchase at night and check stock in actual sunlight, not the store lights.
