s	silvio carbone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un albergo piccolo in un piccolo paesino carino dove troverete tutto a portata di mano, titolari gentili e cordiali mi sono fermato solo per qualche ora per lavoro,locale un po retro stile anni 80 ma ben tenuto e pulito personale gentile e disponibile. A small hotel in a nice little village where you will find everything at your fingertips, kind and friendly owners I stopped only for a few hours for work, a little retro 80's style place but well kept and clean friendly and helpful staff.

Very clean structure, very kind and hospitable family management. Strategic point to visit Arezzo and its surroundings without remaining in the chaos of the city.

La colazione ottima e abbondante . Lo consiglio caldamente . This is the second time we return. We had a great time . The owners are very kind and attentive to the needs of tourists. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. I highly recommend it.
J	JEAN LUKA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se proprio devi e' un buon compromesso in funzione al posto dove si trova . . . .Certo dopo una giornata di lavoro avrei preferito sapere in anticipo che la camera era raggiungibile SENZA ASCENSORE al primo piano a piedi . . . .Stranamente circa a mezzanotte il clima (che e' automatico) non ha piu' erogato aria calda . .. ma poi come per magia alle 6 del mattino ha ripreso a funzionare di nuovo . . . boh - - Ho avuto l influenza per 3 giorni, mi sono preso di freddo ,. proprietario simpatico colazione composta dal necessario . . . . . si puo' fare If you really have to, it's a good compromise depending on where it is. . . .Sure after a day of work I would have preferred to know in advance that the room was accessible WITHOUT ELEVATOR on the first floor on foot. . . Strangely, around midnight the climate (which is automatic) no longer delivered hot air. .. but then as if by magic at 6 in the morning it started working again. . . boh - - I had the flu for 3 days, I got cold,. friendly owner breakfast made up of the necessary. . . . . it can be done
G	Giovanni F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per una notte per spezzare il viaggio verso sud. L'albergo è in un'ottima posizione a pochi km dal casello di arezzo. Il primo punto di forza è sicuramente dato dal parcheggio. Infatti sul retro dell'albergo c'è un comodo parcheggio privato di cui noi abbiamo usufruito gratuitamente. Venendo alla sistemazione, direi che tutto è stato meglio delle aspettative. Nonostante si tratti di un tre stelle, la camera era spaziosa, il letto comodo, la televisione nuova (e di marca). Molto buono anche il livello di pulizia e grande e comodo il bagno. Per finire, anche la colazione è più che adeguata ad un tre stelle. Noi abbiamo degli ottimi cornetti freschi. Insomma, un tre stelle che non ha nulla da invidiare a molti hotel di categoria superiore. Un plauso anche al titolare, persona gentile e cordiale. We stayed at this hotel for one night to break the journey south. The hotel is in an excellent position a few kilometers from the arezzo toll booth. The first strong point is certainly given by the parking lot. In fact, at the back of the hotel there is a convenient private parking which we have used for free. Coming to the accommodation, I would say that everything was better than expected. Despite being a three star hotel, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the television was new (and branded). The level of cleanliness is also very good and the bathroom is large and comfortable. Finally, the breakfast is also more than adequate for a three-star hotel. We have excellent fresh croissants. In short, a three-star hotel that has nothing to envy to many superior category hotels. An applause also to the owner, kind and cordial person.

Struttura anni 30 vintage, cortesia degna di un ufficio pubblico: la colazione al banco del bar senza nemmeno una tovaglia sui tavoli. Stanze al piano terra rumorosissime. Le tre stelle sono sicuramente " cadenti". Chiamarla pensione sarebbe più appropriato. Non credo di volerci mai più ritornare Do you want to ruin your stay near arezzo? Choose this "hotel". Vintage 1930s structure, courtesy worthy of a public office: breakfast at the bar counter without even a tablecloth on the tables. Ground floor rooms very noisy. The three stars are definitely "falling". Calling it a pension would be more appropriate. I don't think I ever want to go back
