★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung bei dieser Firma. Wir hatten schriftlich einen Preis abgemacht und beim Eintreffen wollte er das doppelte. Wir mussten 1/3 am Schluss mehr bezahlen. Auch schriftlich ist man nicht sicher bei ihm.
Beware of this company. We had agreed a price in writing and when he arrived he wanted double that. We had to pay 1/3 more at the end. Even in writing one is not safe with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In risposta a Seven e Ruedi Naef precisiamo che se il preventivo viene chiesto per una destinazione e poi il mattino del servizio viene detto di persona che la destinazione è completamente diversa: a nostro malincuore abbiamo dovuto modificare il prezzo prima di effettuare il servizio da Voi accettato con le nuove condizioni, e non con il triplo del vecchio prezzo concordato (come da voi recensito), ma bensì un adeguamento del costo del servizio, visto l'aumento del percorso di andata e ritorno.
In response to Seven and Ruedi Naef we specify that if the quote is requested for a destination and then on the morning of the service we are told in person that the destination is completely different: reluctantly we had to change the price before carrying out the service you accepted. with the new conditions, and not with triple the old agreed price (as reviewed by you), but rather an adjustment of the cost of the service, given the increase in the round trip route.

I feel sorry for the staff as they were very welcoming and just following the bosses order. He tried to ripp us off multiple times and randomly chose the price. Wouldn’t recommend to drive with them. They also pretend to accept cards, even though it’s only cash at the end
