★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dlouho jsem nebyla tak nadšená z ubytování. Naprostá spokojenost. Majitelé byli neskutečně hodní a se vším nápomocní. Pokoje byli krásné a čisté. Snídaně byla také skvělá. Co moc oceňuji. Byla možnost vybrat si ze sladké i slané varianty. Poloha ubytování je skvělá. Doslova pár kroků od Vatikánu. Kousek je i metro, takže se pohodlně dostanete, všude kam potřebujete. Moc doporučuji a pokud příště pojedeme do Říma znovu se tady ubytujeme. Děkujeme ?
 For a long time I was not so excited about accommodation. Absolute satisfaction. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was also great. What I appreciate very much. It was possible to choose from sweet and savory options. The location of the accommodation is great. Literally a few steps from the Vatican. There is also a metro nearby, so you can get anywhere you need. I highly recommend it and if we go to Rome next time we will stay here again. Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to stay. The hostess is the single warmest person in Rome and the room are beautiful, comfortable and cosy. To add a bit, it's located very close to the Musei Vaticano and we reach St Peter plaza in less than 10 minutes.
If our trip to Rome was so unforgettable, this B&B had a clear part to play in that feeling.

The rooms and common areas are clean and lovingly decorated, the breakfasts are great and somewhat varied every morning, and Alba and her family are excellent hosts who are all incredibly pleasant and helpful! They also went above and beyond during our stay because we were having some trouble getting our air conditioning unit to work on two of the nights we stayed and both nights Alba's husband came to fix it right away (within 10 minutes of calling) after 10 PM! Thank you so very much for making our stay in Rome a wonderful one! The only negative thing I would mention is that the curtains in our room were very thin, so if you have trouble sleeping with light in your room at night it could be difficult. Everything else was wonderful, though!

I haven't been to such a pleasant atmosphere yet. a large dose of trust for guests. we felt there as if we were hosted at home. cleanliness at the highest level. location 10/10. Delicious coffee from a vending machine included in the price of the stay, unlimited access to coffee, water or juice as well. thank you for remembering our stay in Rome. 7th wedding anniversary was successful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner lady was very kind,helpful and a real tourist friend. She suggested to us a lot of must see places and give us a very peacefuly and delicious breakfast too. (Bread,cheeses,hams,some sweets and so on..).The room was beautiful and very clean. I recommended to everyone. Thanks Alba Sul see you next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were clean, really comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make the stay enjoyable, including pointing out where to go for the best local neighborhoods and restaurants. The location really is impossible to beat and it is a few minute walk to the Vatican Museums entrance. I highly recommend this for anyone visiting Rome and especially those intending to stay nearby to Vatican City.
