S	Serena Senatore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto carino, pizza buona, ma servizio assente e confuso. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo alle 21 e al nostro arrivo il tavolo non era neppure preparato. Abbiamo atteso su un tavolo con le sole tovaglie e nessun coperto, acqua o altro per mezz'ora. Con noi abbiamo due bambini, per fortuna buoni e di compagnia, ma dopo un'ora di attesa volevano almeno ordinare la pizza. Ce l'abbiamo fatta dopo DUE ore a mangiare 5 pizze. Peccato che uno dei due bambini ormai dormiva e l'altro era esausto. Serata da dimenticare e 70€ buttati. Non mi piace fare recensioni negative perché so che dietro ogni attività c'è il lavoro di tante persone, ma il rovescio della medaglia prevede che tra i clienti ce ne possono essere alcuni che possono permettersi una sola cena al mese e non è giusto sprecarla dove il cliente è abbandonato a se stesso. Mio marito ha dovuto alzarsi a prendere le posate e i tovaglioli e comunque ormai, dopo una giornata di mare e due ore di attesa, sarebbe stato ottimo tutto. Nice place, good pizza, but absent and confused service. We booked a table at 9pm and on our arrival the table was not even prepared. We waited on a table with only tablecloths and no blankets, water or anything else for half an hour. We have two children with us, luckily good and company, but after an hour of waiting they at least wanted to order pizza. We made it after TWO hours of eating 5 pizzas. Too bad that one of the two children was now asleep and the other was exhausted. Evening to forget and € 70 thrown away. I don't like doing negative reviews because I know that behind every activity there is the work of many people, but the downside is that among the customers there may be some who can afford only one dinner a month and it is not right to waste it where the customer is left to himself. My husband had to get up to get the cutlery and napkins and by now, after a day at the beach and two hours of waiting, everything would have been great.

Dopo 1h e 20 minuti di attesa ingiustificata il piatto che hanno portato era privo di alcuni ingredienti previsti nel menù e la "preparaziome" se così la vogliamo chiamare, era quella di un tale away di basso livello. Esperienza assolutamente negativa. The place is nice, but more than a restaurant it is a provincial tavern. After 1 hour and 20 minutes of unjustified waiting, the dish they brought was devoid of some of the ingredients included in the menu and the "preparaziome" if we want to call it, was that of such a low-level away. Absolutely bad experience.

I primi piatti invece non tutti erano degni di nota... 4 stelle di incoraggiamento, ma forse sarebbe stato più giuste 3 stelle. Panuozzo ok, tasty even if some arrived overcooked. The first courses, on the other hand, were not all noteworthy ... 4 stars of encouragement, but perhaps 3 stars would have been more right.
E	Enza Onesto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato scorso abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per le 20:30... hanno preso l'ordinazione alle 21:15 e le prime pizze sono iniziate ad arrivare alle 22:45 le ultime verso le 23:15... è stato un incubo... sopratutto per i bambini! Troppa disorganizzazione... tante persone, pochi camerieri. Nessuno sapeva cosa ci doveva ancora arrivare... mai più! Last Saturday we booked a table for 8:30 pm ... they took the order at 9:15 pm and the first pizzas started arriving at 10:45 pm the last ones around 11:15 pm ... it was a nightmare. .. especially for children! Too much disorganization ... many people, few waiters. Nobody knew what was yet to come ... never again!
A	Alessandro Rufoloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questo ristorante 2 volte, per comodità, durante la nostra vacanza a Marina di Camerota. Il posto all'aperto è molto bello e ben tenuto. I cibi non sono eccezionali ma comunque buoni. Il problema è che i camerieri hanno molta fretta di prendere l'ordinazione e non ti dedicano il tempo necessario per decidere. Molto scocciante è che i piatti non arrivano tutti insieme costringendoti a mangiare da solo mentre gli altri del tuo tavolo stanno a guardare. We have been to this restaurant twice, for convenience, during our vacation in Marina di Camerota. The outdoor place is very nice and well kept. The foods are not great but still good. The problem is that the waiters are in a hurry to take the order and don't take the time to decide. Very annoying is that the dishes don't all come together forcing you to eat alone while the others at your table are watching.

L'ambiente carino, il servizio lascia a desiderare, pochi camerieri e organizzazione scarsa inoltre la pizza non era super. Abbiamo ordinato il caffè 2 volte e il conto non è mai arrivato. Alla fine ci hanno detto di pagare alla cassa. We had dinner on August 26th. The nice environment, the service leaves something to be desired, few waiters and poor organization and the pizza was not super. We ordered coffee 2 times and the bill never came. Eventually we were told to pay at the cashier.

Service was slow to begin with and we had to ask to get the menu cards and order drinks. They brought 3 of the 6 ordered dinners and our friends had finished theirs while we were still waiting. After waiting even longer we decided to leave. Being honest we went to pay. They didn't even know which food they had brought out, then claimed we had been given the bigger meat dish and were not apologetic at all. They made us pay the full price including a service charge of 1.50€ each for service that had just not been existent. We left feeling very disappointed, let down and hungry....
