L'igiene è pari a zero come il rispetto delle norme anticovid: ieri mi sono recato a prendere dei pasticcini, innanzitutto nel laboratorio a vista un signore robusto e una signora lavoravano senza mascherina e guanti. Appena entrato mi ha servito il signore robusto che era in laboratorio(presumo il titolare) , chiaramente senza mascherina per tutta la mia permanenza in pasticceria. Ha confezionato il vassoio toccando di tutto, addirittura è anche venuta una postina (una ragazza) a consegnare un pacco postale ed il titolare, dopo aver toccato pacco e soldi, ha continuato a mettere i pasticcini nel vassoio a mani nude e senza mascherina . Igiene pari a zero. Ho buttato tutto. Mi dispiace non essere dei nas per sanzionare un tale comportamento che mette a rischio la salute dei clienti in un momento così difficile. Mai più mi recherò in questa attività. I find it scandalous what happened yesterday in this pastry shop. Zero hygiene. I threw everything away. I'm sorry not to be a nas to sanction such behavior that puts the health of customers at risk in such a difficult time. Never again will I go to this business.

L'attesa della Domenica, le file, e la contentezza di riunirsi in Famiglia.Come nella Bohème di un vecchio pastrano che vide giorni di felicità e di gloria addosso al semplice uomo che lo indossava, e che il tempo non ha cancellato il suo valore ancora oggi. Tray D'Oro mythical pastry chef since 1984, of which not only sweets but also dear memories of a Cosenza that no longer exists. After waiting a couple minutes I took a peak inside and EVERYTHING WAS MOUTH WATERINGLY DELICIOUS. This place is 100% THE BEST Dessert/baked good shop in Cosenza. The italian chefs working at the shop were so kind, generous, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their desserts which were dainty, decadent, delicate, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the fresh sweet bread with the handmade thick cream (similar to an italian cream puff). This is a sweet baked goods shop that is authentic and incredible and should not to be missed!!!!! ENJOY!
