Piccola pasticceria storica, avviata dal mitico Sergio, purtroppo venuto a mancare da qualche tempo. Ora la conduzione è retta dai figli, che proseguono nella produzione del "brioscione" nonché di pasticcini, torte ed altre squisitezze. Non cercate di contattarli telefonicamente...perché non posseggono il telefono! An excellence in the art of pastry not only in Brescia. Small historic pastry shop, started by the legendary Sergio, unfortunately passed away for some time. Now the management is run by the sons, who continue in the production of "brioscione" as well as pastries, cakes and other delicacies. Già camminando di fronte al negozio è impossibile non lasciarsi coccolare dai suoi profumi e, una volta visto il bancone, si cade subito in tentazione! :D Si tratta di una pasticceria artigianale, fondata da Sergio, amico di tutte le persone di Paderno che, con il suo spirito ironico e generoso, ha conquistato i cuori di tutti. Ora l'attività è portata avanti dal fratello Stefano e dal figlio Francesco che ogni giorno, con tanta dedizione e passione, offrono ai clienti prodotti sempre freschi e di ottima qualità. La crema pasticcera ha un gusto inconfondibile, solo qui è così buona, per non parlare del famosissimo brioscione e della torta di rose che, diversamente dal solito, è farcita con la crema.. UNA DELIZIA!!! Anche le torte per compleanni o altri eventi fanno sempre fare un figurone! Oltre ad essere stra buone, sono anche super belle da vedere e ricche di fantasia, con qualche pastina o caramella sparsa qua e là che danno quel tocco in più. Un'ultima cosa, attenzione ai mini krapfen... uno tira l'altro! Posto consigliatissimo :D :D :D The Corti pastry shop has become a place loved by the whole of Franciacorta and beyond. The custard has an unmistakable taste, only here it is so good, not to mention the famous brioscione and the rose cake which, unlike usual, is filled with cream .. A DELIGHT !!! La valutazione per la qualità è di cinque stelle, ma per il servizio clienti di una. La media matematica fa tre. Ma veniamo al motivo di questa mia azione: Ordiniamo tutti gli anni una favolosa torta che è semplicemente buonissima. Niente da dire. C'è un solo problema: Non mi è chiaro il motivo, ma probabilmente i gestori di questa pasticceria utilizzano il telefono per ascoltare la suoneria di quando qualcuno si azzarda a chiamarli. Sono anni che chiamiamo. Anni! Ho comprato un secondo telefono nel 2018 e da allora continua a chiamare in loop automaticamente. Non hanno mai risposto. Offro una ricompensa di 5 euro a chi riesce a contattarli per telefono. È l'unica pasticceria in cui se volete ordinare un dolce dovete recarvi là due volte. Una per ordinare e un'altra volta per ritirare ciò che avete ordinato. Non capisco la difficoltà di premere il tasto "Rispondi", ma sta di fatto che come servizio clienti non ci siamo proprio... We've been calling for years. Years! I bought a second phone in 2018 and it keeps looping automatically ever since. They never answered. I offer a reward of 5 euros to anyone who can contact them by phone. It is the only pastry shop where if you want to order a dessert you have to go there twice. One to order and another time to collect what you have ordered. I do not understand the difficulty of pressing the "Reply" button, but the fact is that as customer service we are not really there ... Too bad, but I think I'll switch to the Mulino Bianco cakes.
