Personale disponibilissimo a consigli, chiacchiere e spiegazione dei piatti.
Pietanze cotte sul momento, che denominano freschezza e qualità, con un pó di attesa da parte nostra (ma già pre-segnalata sul menu e dai vari addetti)
Possibilità di richieste fuori menù per piatti tipici, stagionali e più inusuali.
Non il 'solito posto' di cucina cinese ma un nuovo mio punto di riferimento certo ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto semplice, personale eccellente in cortesia e simpatia... Elisabeth ci ha accolti e aiutati nella scelta dei piatti. Inoltre ci hanno offerto anche prodotti non ordinati tra cui una buona grappa al bambù.
Piatti molto ben cucinati e saporitissimi. La foto che ho postato sta ad indicare che non è rimasto nulla, abbiamo spazzolato tutto. Super consigliato.
Simple place, excellent staff in courtesy and friendliness ... Elisabeth welcomed us and helped us in the choice of dishes. They also offered us unordered products including a good bamboo brandy.
Very well cooked and very tasty dishes. The photo I posted indicates that there is nothing left, we have brushed everything. Super recommended.

Quando entri noti subito la pulizia e l'assenza del tipico odore untuoso dei ristoranti cinesi a cui siamo abituati. Un banco frigo ordinatissimo mostra tutti i prodotti tipici freschi, tutti rigorosamente sigillati e separati.
I menù, tramite QR code, ti fanno capire immediatamente di non essere in un ristorante come tanti altri: dimenticatevi dei pasti cinesi occidentalizzati e preparatevi a gustare piatti tipici, cucinati e serviti alla maniera tradizionale.
È accaduto un fatto molto simpatico. Quando è arrivato il piatto che avevo ordinato, ho istintivamente esclamato "Mio!" mentre lo serviva al centro del tavolo. Così la proprietaria mi ha spiegato che così come stavamo mangiando piatti cucinati nella maniera tipica, avremmo dovuto mangiarli nella maniera tipica. E in Cina, a tavola, la regola è CONDIVIDERE. Non esiste mio né tuo. Così ha detto, mostrandosi gentile, disponibile e maestra nella sua arte.
Il cibo è squisito, saporito, gli ingredienti sono freschi e i piatti di pesce sono il loro forte. Le porzioni sono abbondanti e vanno bene per due persone.
Costa forse poco più di un classico ristorante cinese ma vale ogni singolo euro.
A hidden gem.
When you enter you immediately notice the cleanliness and the absence of the typical oily smell of the Chinese restaurants we are used to. A tidy refrigerated counter displays all the typical fresh products, all strictly sealed and separated.
The menus, via QR code, make you immediately understand that you are not in a restaurant like many others: forget about Westernized Chinese meals and get ready to taste typical dishes, cooked and served in the traditional way.
A very nice thing happened. When the dish I had ordered arrived, I instinctively exclaimed "Mine!" while serving it in the center of the table. So the owner explained to me that just as we were eating dishes cooked in the typical way, we should eat them in the typical way. And in China, at the table, the rule is to SHARE. There is neither mine nor yours. So she said, showing herself to be kind, helpful and a teacher in her art.
The food is exquisite, flavorful, the ingredients are fresh and the fish dishes are their forte. The portions are generous and are fine for two people.
It may cost a little more than a classic Chinese restaurant but it is worth every single euro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't try it as I was looking for more traditional Chinese food however, if you are looking for authentic Chinese cuisine this is the place to go. The owner was super helpful, and I believe it was her son that spoke english.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the homemade Bao Zi (steamed meat bun) and fried bacon. Service was friendly. I did notice a Chinese menu with different dishes on the cooling fridge at the entrance than the QR menu found on the table. Had a fried noodle which is okay and not oily. Dishes from other table seem tasty too. Recommend for an affordable Chinese restaurant. Interior is dated but clean and no smell of smoking.
