Ho dato € 50,30 e presa dalla fretta dell'imbarco sono andata senza che chi alla cassa mi facesse notare di non aver preso il resto. Appena resami conto, ormai passati i controlli, ho fatto chiamare il bar confidando nell'onestà del personale. Purtroppo, ho avuto conferma che, invece, chi era alla cassa quando ho pagato il mio ordine, a quell'ora, in quel bar era semplicemente un LADRO SEPPUR DISARMATO E SENZA PASSAMONTAGNA e voglio segnalarlo a chi gestisce questo servizio!!!! Spero che le 45 euro fregate a chi come me se le suda e non le ruba non gli diano alcun beneficio ma anzi...che i superiori possano prendere provvedimenti adeguati!!!! Invece ci si ritrova in mano un prodotto precotto con il contenuto interno ancora congelato e orrendo. Pessimo! From arancine to a super luxury price, an elite product is expected. A mai più! Certe realtà a Palermo dovrebbero chiedere perché abbassano di gran lunga l'alto livello culinario della città. d	daniele teresi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco come di consueto in questo bar alle ore 12.30 del 31/01 per prendere un caffè prima di partire, preparo il mio green pass che non hanno visto è chiedo ad una signora (chiaramente con la mascherina sotto il naso) un caffè perfavore, avendo solo banconote da 50 la signora molto aggressiva mi dice testuali parole in dialetto penso napoletano(aspettavamo Lei per scambiarli i soldi) al che dico, come mai non siete organizzati per avere un fondo cassa che vi permette di garantire il servizio visto che voi offrite un servizio? In tono sempre aggressivo, mi dice allora Lei è venuto per litigarsi, io del tutto stranito comunico alla signora di non preoccuparsi e vado via in maniera tranquilla, allontanandomi, al che sento che comincia a fare delle battute pesanti sulla mia persona davanti altri clienti messi in fila ridendo e continuando ad offendere, chiaramente lascio andare. Premetto che anche io lavoro con il pubblico e so che queste cose non sono contemplate, ma la cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio è pensare che ci sono professionisti ad oggi che faticano ad arrivare a fine mese ed invece persone del genere hanno la fortuna di poter lavorare, so che per l azienda non cambierà nulla ma prenderò il caffè da oggi in poi al bar del piano inferiore, mi auguro quanto meno che l azienda prenda in esame questa recensione per capire bene a chi permette di rappresentarli. La focaccia mortadella, mozzarella e pistacchi sembra molto invitante anche se ha un prezzo totalmente folle ed esagerato di 8 euro. Purtroppo la consistenza dell'impasto sarà da dimenticare, come gli ingredienti utilizzati. Chiedo di scaldare la focaccia e mi viene servita freddissima. Al momento di pagare vedo che c'è una cassa bluetooth rivolta verso di me che spara musica a volume piuttosto alto e rende difficilissimo comunicare con l'addetto (questa cosa mi ha fatto ridere devo dire... e non ne ho compreso il significato). Okay, siamo in un bar dove transitano centinaia di persone al giorno, ma un'occhio in più alla qualità (anche del servizio) ci vorrebbe. Se vi recate in un qualsiasi altro bar dell'aeroporto (e del mondo) penso che vi troverete meglio che in questo.
