★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella trattoria con ambiente accogliente e rustico. Piatti tradizionali, si sbizzariscono molto sui filetti che sono da provare. Ce ne sono sempre meno di posti così purtroppo.

La pasta alla carbonara era scotta sembrava una frittata, e con i cubetti palesemente appena tolti dalla scatola del supermercato.
Porzioni abbastanza abbondanti, la tagliata di carne discreta, cotoletta buona.
Io non sono uno che guarda i particolari, ma ricevere il ketchup scaduto e non avere nè piatto cambiato e ricevere come risposta “l’ho finito evidentemente” non mi ha fatto piacere, evidentemente di punta sulla quantità che qualità.
Metto una stella, perché mi è impossibilitato metterne zero.

The carbonara pasta was overcooked, it looked like an omelette, and with the cubes clearly just removed from the supermarket box.
Quite generous portions, decent cut of meat, good cutlet.
I am not one who looks at the details, but receiving the expired ketchup and not having a dish changed and receiving as an answer "I obviously finished it" did not please me, obviously focusing on quantity and quality.

Filetto allo zola e zafferano SPETTACOLARE ! Una carne davvero tenerissima … anche il filetto alla griglia molto buono e morbidissimo.
Per non parlare dello gnocco fritto : LEGGERISSIMO ???!
Consiglio l’antipasto del MURUN con affettati e formaggi ? veramente ottimi accompagnati appunto dallo gnocco fritto più buono che abbia mai mangiato.

Fillet with zola and saffron SPECTACULAR! A really tender meat ... even the grilled fillet is very good and very soft.
Not to mention the fried dumplings: VERY LIGHT ???!
I recommend the MURUN appetizer with cold cuts and cheeses ? really excellent accompanied precisely by the best fried dumpling I've ever eaten.
