Qualità della carne top e cottura perfetta (cosa da non sottovalutare). Ci era stato consigliato da amici e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Torneremo sicuramente We were in the company last night and we were very happy. Very courteous and kind owners. Top quality meat and perfect cooking (which should not be underestimated). It was recommended to us by friends and we were delighted. We will definitely be back

Lasciamo agli artisti l’abbellimento estetico e ai buon gustai il cibo buono. Prezzi onesti e titolari cortesi. Non siamo della zona ma una bandierina per ricordarci del posto l’abbimo messa! Piccolo consiglio da mangiatori di carne, tagli alternativi alla fiorentina o costata o magari variare sulle razze: finlandia, prussia limousine…e si potrebbe giocare anche sulla frollatura. Darebbe una marcia in piu, anche se gia cosi siete bravi davvero! As a location it will certainly not attract you for modern furnishings or trendy things but it reminds you that the kitchen should be savored and not looked at. We leave the aesthetic embellishment to the artists and good food to gourmets. Honest prices and courteous owners. We are not from the area but a flag to remind us of the place we have put! Little advice from meat eaters, alternative cuts to Florentine or rib or maybe vary on the races: Finland, Prussia limousine ... and you could also play on the maturation. It would give an edge, even if you are already so good!
