★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent venue for a gathering of friends or lovers. Panoramic view of surrounding countryside. Celebrated a friend's birthday with a buffet of finger food and wine. Food and service were absolutely great. A must visit for any Americans who served in the 1/509th ABCT at "The Rock" back in the 70s.

Beautiful location! Nice atmosphere with a wide outside terrace with a view of the Boscomantico airstrip. It’s a true pity for the food: do not come here expecting exceptional meat. We ordered a platter for two and asked for medium rare-cooked meat. What we got was overcooked meat (extremely well done, almost dried out from how overcooked it was) that was absolutely tasteless, no flavour whatsoever. Probably one of the biggest let-downs, especially after numerous people suggested the place to me. I might try the pizza next time and hopefully I’ll leave a better review. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The “Boscomantico Ristorante Pizzeria Lounge Bar” is located in a unique bucolic scenery 3 km from the wonderful city of Verona: by the secondary countryside civil touristic airport of “Verona Boscomantico - Angelo Berardi” (IATA: QBS) born as a base of the Italian Royal Air Force in 1916 and currently an oasis of Flight schools, skydiving, private helicopters and planes. The Restaurant, renovated in 2018, allows to dine in an elegant dim lights countryside ambience with romantic entertainment (jazz nights) alongside views of the runway where private planes land and take off. A great choice for a beautiful summer sunset time “top gun vibes aperitivo”. My tip: “Hangar” alcohol-free cocktail (Cranberry juice, soda, lime and orange juice, cinnamon, mint and basil leaves; 6€).
