Но в этом магазине есть большой минус - персонал:). Начну с того, что заходя в магазин ты должен рассказать зачем пришёл - если магазин себя позиционирует как магазин люксовой и брендовых одежды - встречать так людей как минимум не соответствует норме магазина премиум класса, не представляю как заходя в ЦУМ я буду каждому продавцу рассказывать зачем я пришла. Второе - создание вида не понимания. Я , владея уровнем Б2 итальянского языка, вынуждена медленно повторять продавцу все слова, так как продавец делает вид , что не понимает , и так все в этом магазине, может продавцам стоит пройти курсы повышения квалификации а также курсы языка. Третье - уровень ожидания. Покупала в этом магазине три раза - и все три раза ждала очереди на кассе пока кассир разговаривал со своей подругой которая мимо проходила - уровень не уважения к клиенту сверх нормы. То есть с учётом действительно классный подборки одежды, персонал магазина оставляет Горькое ощущение после похода в магазин. На что это можно списать - на то, что Падуя это маленький город ? Или на то, что продавцы магазина - необразованные люди без высшего образования ? Даже не знаю. Если вы желаете сходить у магазина купить вещи и остаться довольным от шопинга- не советую . Можно спокойно доехать до Венеции и купить одежду в бутиках в кругу профессиональных людей , знающих что такое этикет , улыбка на лице и приятный разговор . Esprimo parole di apprezzamento per la sig.na Paola bellissima ragazza dai capelli corvini per la gentilezza educazione e vicinanza al cliente. Aggiungo anche la responsabile Sig.ra Mascia che conosco personalmente da tempo e..sempre disponibile..... I agree with some reviews which underline the lack of respect for the customer on the part of certain orders and even clerks. I express words of appreciation for Miss Paola, a beautiful raven-haired girl for her kindness, education and closeness to the customer. I also add the manager Mrs. Mascia whom I have known personally for some time and ... always available .....
