É sito all'interno di un ex casello sul corso principale favarese , dai tratti quindi rustici ed accoglienti, semplici, familiari, in cui il legno e la pietra e l'alternarsi di spazi chiusi e verande lo rendono un ottimo ritrovo per ogni periodo dell'anno. La birra alla spina è il pezzo forte del locale, ottima dalla Bionda alla Weiss, dalla Rossa alla Artigianale, soprattutto se servita nei boccali ghiacciati. La carne racchiude l'essenza del posto, servita sulla stessa ghisa su cui viene cotta, dalla classica tagliata rucola e scaglie, ai tocchetti di maialino, dal gulasch con salsa speziata (d'obbligo la "scarpetta") all'Angus argentino, il tutto è ottimo e abbondante, con l'aggiunta della spiegazione delle varie carni dallo stesso titolare, Tonino, che fa da sostituto al menù cartaceo. Ottimi anche panini, toast ("pluripiano") e piadine farcite da salumi, formaggi, verdure grigliate, salse varie ed ovviamente carne!
