V	Valentino Francesco Mannara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato 3 stelle perché la pizza era comunque abbastanza buona ma il locale lascia molto a desiderare, infatti si capisce poco dove accedere per entrare. A quanto pare si tratta di un locale per soli paesani del luogo se a loro non interessa molto curare il locale, quest'ultimo chiaramente trascurato. L'entrata principale è costantemente bloccata, occorre entrare dal cancello in cui a "guardia" ogni tanto ci sono un paio di ragazzi seduti ad un tavolino in penombra che guardano con una faccia un po' come dire: "Ma chi è questo che è entrato?" Direi accoglienza che lascia molto a desiderare e nonostante il locale è gestito da un paio di ragazzi abbastanza in gamba si dimostrano però non molto inclini a comunicare, quasi a voler strappare di bocca qualche parola in più. Timidezza? Può darsi, ma va comunque vinta perché quando si gestisce un locale occorre capacità comunicativa e accoglienza, oltre al fatto che va sistemato seriamente il locale e mi ero abbastanza rotto di vedere ronzare mosche e insetti di vario tipo che creavano ovviamente un evidente fastidio. Che diamine... ma ci pensano costoro? Penso proprio di no. Credo che occorre l'intervento del buon Cannavacciuolo e da queste parti avrebbe un gran daffare. Peccato, le materie prime ci sono, le possibilità pure ma manca proprio la voglia di lavorare e la necessaria professionalità. Quindi più di 3 stelle non posso dare e lo faccio solo perché la pizza era abbastanza buona, per il resto zero. I would say hospitality that leaves a lot to be desired and despite the place being run by a couple of quite smart guys, they are not very inclined to communicate, as if they want to get a few more words out of their mouth. Shyness? Maybe, but it must still be won because when you manage a place you need communication skills and hospitality, in addition to the fact that the place must be seriously fixed and I was quite broken to see buzzing flies and insects of various kinds that obviously created an obvious annoyance. What the heck ... but they think about it? I really do not think so. I believe that the intervention of the good Cannavacciuolo is needed and in these parts he would have a lot to do. Too bad, the raw materials are there, the possibilities as well but the desire to work and the necessary professionalism are missing. So I can't give more than 3 stars and I only do it because the pizza was good enough, otherwise zero.

Clean place, friendly staff, I suggest to add a little more the courses of the menu, first and second courses today were tasty and well cooked but the portions are gourmet.

La proprietaria gentile e sorridente, ci ha servito subito. Acqua, Coca-Cola, patatine, scaccione e dolce (in foto) a meno di €10: veramente economico! Kindness, hospitality and goodness! Great scaccioni and huge pizzas. The environment is classic mountain, dated but functional. The owner, kind and smiling, immediately served us. Water, Coca-Cola, chips, scaccione and dessert (pictured) for less than € 10: really cheap!

Menù funghi ottimo (non abbondano con il sale, perfetto per me) con il dolce spettacolare (una specie di raviolo alla ricotta fritto). Menù bambini ottimo anch'esso: su tutto emerge la qualità della frittura delle patatine e della cotoletta (oltre al dolce citato). Prezzo più che giusto, nella media della zona. Aggiungo un'ultima osservazione: gentilezza top del personale. Come prima volta è stato un colpo di fulmine! What can I say: very very good. Excellent mushroom menu (not abundant with salt, perfect for me) with the spectacular dessert (a kind of fried ricotta ravioli). Excellent children's menu too: the quality of the fried chips and cutlet (in addition to the dessert mentioned) stands out above all. Price more than fair, in the area average. I add one last observation: top kindness of the staff. It was love at first sight for the first time!

Abbondante primo di pasta fresca con funghi. Buoni i due secondi con carne saporita e tenera. Bollenti appena sfornati i ravioli di ricotta dolci. Menù domenicale 23€. Prenotazione consigliata. Unico punticino di demerito gli antipasti sono arrivati freddi per il resto ? A pleasant excursion for a mushroom menu. Appetizer rich in mushrooms of all kinds and cooked differently (fried, roasted, sautéed soup). Abundant first course of fresh pasta with mushrooms. Good two main courses with tasty and tender meat. The sweet ricotta ravioli are boiling from the oven. Sunday menu € 23. Reservation recommended. The only point of demerit the appetizers arrived cold for the rest ?
