Due striminziti assaggini di primo di cui uno insipido.Un pezzo di salsiccia di maiale con due sottilette di costatine di agnello. Mezzo babà , caffè in capsule senza frutta e verdura ! Un vero furto !! A mai più rivedere !! Scarcity in all courses so much to recommend to bring packed sandwiches !! 50 euros per head for three / four "minutissimi" land appetizers. Two skimpy first courses, one of which tasteless. A piece of pork sausage with two slices of lamb ribs. Half baba, coffee in capsules without fruit and vegetables! A real steal !! To never see again !!

Piatti curati e con materie prime di grande qualità. Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente. Great. Vacation in August. Very large room and a lot of attention in cleaning. The owner Camine, an exquisite person, always available as well as a great chef. Dishes prepared with high quality raw materials. My husband and I had a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Borgo Saraceno dal 17 al 20 settembre 2021 in via Fiore 11. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti molto bene dal proprietario e chef Carmine e da tutto lo staff .Da provare l'esperienza culinaria , ogni piatto accompagnato da un racconto di preparazione che denota sapienza, passione ed amore per il mestiere. Vi sentirete a casa. Grazie Carmine per la bella domenica che abbiamo trascorso con mio cugino Nicola ,l 'amico Carlo e rispettive famiglie e la cara amica Nina.Non mi aspettavo, devo dire la verità, questa qualità e cura dei dettagli. I sapori sono ben bilanciati,davvero bravi mi complimento per l'alta qualità dei prodotti, l'originalità della fusione degli ingredienti e la grande tecnica della cottura di carne e pesce. Grande accoglienza. Creatività dello chef Lo consiglio non solo ai passanti, ma specialmente a chi è della zona, poiché è giusto che gli abitanti di Spinazzola apprezzino la qualità dei prodotti, il servizio impeccabile dello staff e la cura dello chef. At B&B Borgo Saraceno we are proud to praise both the refinement of chef Carmine's restaurant and the beautiful clean and comfortable rooms, equipped with all the necessary comforts to put guests at ease and located in a suggestive village, where time seems to be stopped. We stayed at Borgo Saraceno from 17 to 20 September 2021 in via Fiore 11. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed very well by the owner and chef Carmine and by all the staff. To try the culinary experience, each dish accompanied by a story of preparation that denotes wisdom, passion and love for the craft. You will feel at home. Thanks Carmine for the beautiful Sunday we spent with my cousin Nicola, my friend Carlo and their families and dear friend Nina. I did not expect, I must tell you the truth, this quality and attention to detail. The flavors are well balanced, really good I congratulate you on the high quality of the products, the originality of the fusion of the ingredients and the great technique of cooking meat and fish. Great welcome. Creativity of the chef I recommend it not only to passers-by, but especially to those of the area, as it is right that the inhabitants of Spinazzola appreciate the quality of the products, the impeccable service of the staff and the care of the chef.
