R	Rossana Rassu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma per carità, un disastro totale, in mano prima di una donna che mi ha fatto un taglio sbagliato, da una parte più lunghi e dall'altra più corti, tornata per la seconda volta per farmeli sistemare di nuovo, in mano questa volta ad un altro ragazzo inesperto , che ha provveduto a rimediare con un nuovo taglio da asciutti.....Altro disastro ? . Morale...NON CI ANDATE !!!!! Da capelli lunghi e ricci (naturali) che avevo, me li sono ritrovata corti e brutti. Ovviamente sono andata da un altra brava parrucchiera che finalmente me li ha sistemato a dovere. R	Rosella Viola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata di recente con Groupon, avendo letto alcune recensioni negative, ho avuto un po' di timore in quanto dovevo fare di tutto, ma poi sono andata ed ho constatato che niente era negativo: un'accoglienza col sorriso e gentilezza da parte di tutto lo staff, sono tutti molto bravi e competenti, ottimi prodotti ed ottimo ambiente. Sono molto soddisfatta e lo considero, ormai, il mio parrucchiere di fiducia.....grazie ad Alessandro, Vito, Marco e tutti gli altri! Dopo aver rifiutato la scuritura mi hanno lasciato con una ragazza, che di certo molto carina, ma non molto esperta. Avevo chiesto un taglio scalato e son tornata a casa con lo stesso taglio con cui ero partita, solo di mezzo dito più corto! Il ciuffo non l'ha proprio toccato. Sono rimasta veramente molto amareggiata, considerando i prezzi che hanno e che il coupon sulla carta ha un valore di 190 euro. Assurdo! I went with a coupon that included cut, color and fold. S	Simona Barca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero poco professionali, il loro unico obiettivo é quello di farti sganciare soldi e lo fanno in modo talvolta aggressivo, ad esempio per vendermi un trattamento non richiesto in quanto avevo fretta e dovevo fare solo uno shampoo mi fu detto dopo vari tentativi insistenti : "tesoro ma i tuoi capelli fanno davvero pietà, é davvero brutto vedere una ragazza che si trascura così...." questo terrorismo psicologico e di cattivo gusto, può forse funzionare con povere donne insicure, girate alla larga da questi cafoni. Tra l'altro usano i miei dati personali per veicolarmi promozioni continue che non ho mai autorizzato e non riesco a trovare il modo di disdire. Non fatevi abbindolare dalle loro promo, una volta in struttura scoprirete puntualmente che dovrete spendere una cifra per ottenere uno sconto minimo. Quattro ore di lavoro per uscire con la tinta sbagliata, i capelli cotti da una posa di colore troppo lunga, un taglio 'sfilacciato ' che ora non trova una posa. Ambiente molto rumoroso in generale e privo di ogni discrezione. Infine decisamente caro: nell'offerta da 25 € per ogni servizio bisogna tenere conto che anche la semplice 'frizione' costa 25€.... a	anastasia Ussia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggiore esperienza della mia vita Situato vicino casa mia ho deciso di provare.All’inizio gentilissimi e premurosi mi hanno carpito un anno di abbonamento pagato 700 euro immediate per utilizzare scontate un certo numero di pieghe, tagli ,colore eccetera... da quando ho pagato sono stata la cavia in mano a ragazzini o ragazze inesperte..tinte sbagliate pieghe orribili...tanto che ho utilizzato questo salone solo per una piega e per l’estetica è ho pagato altri parrucchieri per taglio e colore. Finito l’abbonamento risultato inutile e costosissimo... non sono più andata..ma un giorno ero veramente con i capelli in disordine e avevo urgenza di una piega perché avevo una cena importante ..questo purtroppo è il più vicino a casa mia e sono andata. Sono stata letteralmente assalita con proposte per fare un nuovo abbonamento edito ho rifiutato ogni proposta dicendo che volevo essere libera di andare dove volevo e che non ero stata contenta del precedente. Ho fatto la piega e ho trovato un conto di 80 euro di cui 30 la piega e 50 un miracoloso fantomatico balsamo per idratare i miei capelli utilizzato senza alcuna informazione e nessun consenso da parte mia Ho pagato non ho avuto ricevuta e mi sono ripromessa di scrivere ed informare la guardia di finanza Questo salone e’ una vera truffa Worst experience of my life Located near my house I decided to try. Ora si mettono a regalare colori e pieghe su Groupon....assurdo
