Mi sono fidato dei consigli dei proprietari sull'acquisto di attrezzatura (non il fucile). Consigli che non avrei dovuto ascoltare. Attrezzatura scomoda o che non ho mai usato perché non utile o non giusta. In pratica soldi buttati via. Mi hanno consigliato articoli che avevano in negozio da tempo, ma che non avrei dovuto comprare. In più i prezzi sono alti rispetto ad altri negozi. NOT RECOMMEND I went there two years ago, then I had just started practicing Airsoft and I was still inexperienced. I trusted the owners' advice on buying equipment (not the shotgun). Advice I shouldn't have listened to. Inconvenient equipment or that I have never used because it is not useful or not right. Basically money thrown away. They recommended items they had in store for a long time, but I shouldn't have bought. Plus the prices are high compared to other shops.

Io non mi sono trovato bene: partendo dal presupposto che il cliente va rispettato in ogni sua domanda senza porsi con arroganza, evidentemente se uno si sera in un negozio fornito per softair si presuppone che non sia sempre un esperto in materia ma che sia anche letteralmente alle prime armi. Sono andato per chiedere un semplice consiglio e per acquistare un lubrificante per la mia attrezzatura e mi sono sentito trattato come quando a scuola ti prendevano di mira i bulli: i due titolari assieme hanno adescato subito la scusa per il fatto che “non ho acquistato da loro” trattandomi in modo molto scortese e poco cordiale, inizialmente volevo controbattere spiegando banalmente che cercavo un consiglio per poi acquistare, ho lasciato correre e mi sono limitato all’acquisto dell’articolo e basta prima di sentirmi altre parole per le quali non ero andato lì. Esperienza poco costruttiva e sicuro non metterò più piede in questo negozio, magari si potrebbe oltre che essere meno arroganti e presuntuosi imparare un po’ di buona educazione. Prima dell'acquisto di un AK47 (di modesto costo) ci è stata fornita una spiegazione completa sull'uso, manutenzione ed avvertenze del prodotto di quasi mezz'ora, con tanto di domande e risposte. Rispettosi verso l'ambiente consigliando pallini biodegradabili, di cui non sapevamo l'esistenza. Prezzo corretto Very knowledgeable and meticulous staff.
