Rispetto all'agenzia bisogna compilare da soli la documentazione, ma per qualsiasi dubbio il personale ti aiuta. Lo consiglio per chi deve fare un passaggio di proprietà dell'auto! Il Pubblico Registro Automobilistico si trova in Via Gino Bozzini, in Borgo Roma, il telefono corrisponde all'ufficio di Borgo Roma, mentre le indicazioni che dà google riportano dritti dritti in Via Valverde, dove, alla sede dell'ACI, da brava agenzia privata, paghi i diritti di agenzia (un centinaio di euro in piu'). Per il resto niente da eccepire, il PRA di Borgo Roma è efficiente e il personale molto preparato. Chiaritela questa cosa! Someone should be clearer. R	Roberto P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale allo sportello tra le nuvole e piuttosto scortese..appena arrivati per un passaggio di proprietà ti chiedono se hai la penna perchè loro non ne avevano!! (Se l'avessi saputo prima sarei passato in cartoleria ). Ci ha chiesto 4 volte nel giro di pochi minuti chi fosse il venditore e chi l'acquirente, incasinando anche noi..per concludere in bellezza: gli chiedo cortesemente una fotocopia dell'atto redatto sul retro del certificato di proprietà (che io stesso avevo portato)..mi viene risposto che se volevo quello costava 25 euro euro..senza parole. Molto freddo e non proprio un campione di educazione il funzionario ma comunque ha svolto la pratica senza intoppi. Si potrebbe fare di più ma in Italia quando hai bisogno dei servizi sei sempre alla mercé degli addetti allo sportello e sperare che si alzino con il piede giusto alla mattina perché sanno benissimo che non hanno controlli..
