G	Gabriele Cremonese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il 18 Settembre sera sono uscito dagli arrivi del Marco Polo alle 22.40 e Air Service mi ha portato a casa ad Albignasego dopo l'una di notte. Non si puo' dire che il servizio sia stato efficiente!! Devo pero' sottolineare che l'organizzazione non funziona, mentre l'autista e' stato molto bravo ed educato. Purtroppo pur essendo in diversi clienti partiti dall'aeroporto si e' trovato che nessun collega l'ha aiutato a Padova, dove avrebbero dovuto prenderne alcuni. Sebbene fosse previsto nessuno l'ha aiutato. Ha fatto il possibile per limitare il disagio, senza pero' incorrere in infrazioni del Codice della Strada. Il risultato e' stato che un paio di signore, che dovevano andare a Montegrotto si sono arrabbiate con l'autista, senza aver capito che la colpa era dell'organizzazione. L'hanno addirittura accusato di aver fatto di proposito la strada meno corretta per accompagnare me ad Albignasego, ma invece era la strada piu' corta perche' da Albignasego si arriva alla strada Battaglia e poi Montegrotto. Quindi zero stelle ad Air Service e 5 stelle all'autista. on September 18th evening I left Marco Polo's arrivals at 10.40 pm and Air Service took me home to Albignasego after one in the morning. We can't say that the service was efficient !! However, I must stress that the organization does not work, while the driver was very good and polite. Unfortunately, despite being in different clients departing from the airport, it was found that no colleague helped him to Padua, where they should have taken some. Although expected, no one helped him. He did his utmost to limit the inconvenience, without incurring infringements of the Highway Code. The result was that a couple of ladies who had to go to Montegrotto got angry with the driver, without realizing that the fault lay with the organization. They even accused him of having deliberately made the least correct road to accompany me to Albignasego, but instead it was the shortest road because from Albignasego we reach the Battaglia road and then Montegrotto. So zero stars for Air Service and 5 stars for the driver.

Recently I returned from Spain where the Covid test is required on arrival at Marco Polo Airport. I notified the driver that I was delayed however the process meant that I did not leave the airport until 2hrs after my original arrival/pick up time. The driver had waited for myself and a further 20mins more for other passengers who were also delayed due to testing. I can not rate this service enough and would highly recommend.
