★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamane ho chiamato per sapere se avessero un filtro aria per il mio compressore, prima mi hanno detto che gli servivano le misure ed io gliele ho fornite dicendogli che avrei portato il campione con me, poi mi hanno detto che era un filtro comune che avrei potuto trovare in un negozio di ricambi auto e me ne hanno indicato uno a Bologna ma io abitando a Monzuno gli spiegavo che avevo chiamato loro perché erano i più vicini, e a questo punto l'interlocutore interrompeva la comunicazione dicendo che non avevano quel filtro! Un po' di professionalità ed educazione nell'essere più precisi e sinceri dall'inizio non avrebbe guastato. Buona vita a tutti!
This morning I called to find out if they had an air filter for my compressor, first they told me they needed the measurements and I gave them to them telling them that I would bring the sample with me, then they told me it was a common filter that I could find in an auto parts shop and they showed me one in Bologna but I, living in Monzuno, explained that I had called them because they were the closest, and at this point the interlocutor interrupted the communication saying that they did not have that filter! A little professionalism and education in being more precise and sincere from the start wouldn't have hurt. Good life to everyone!
