 I bought a Coleman camping table from their website online for a great price. I was worried about shipping but it was packed very well and it came all in without a scratch. Excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo. L'unica pecca è la quasi totale mancanza di prezzi nel reparto vestiario da lavoro. Mi costringono a chiedere la lettura del codice da parte dei commessi che, ovviamente, non sono sempre disponibili ( non per mancanza di cortesia ma per mancanza di tempo!!!).
Great. The only flaw is the almost total lack of prices in the workwear department. They force me to ask the clerks to read the code who, obviously, are not always available (not for lack of courtesy but for lack of time !!!).

Many articles from gardening to do-it-yourself ... repairs and industrial hardware ... you can find a bit of everything. In April the only place I could find alcohol. I forgot a large section of clothing and work shoes, courtesy and honest prices.

In breve: dopo aver chiamato per sapere se facessero preventivi gratuiti sulle riparazioni (e aver ricevuto una conferma positiva), mi sono recato a consegnare il mio trapano -avvitatore. Non avendo avuto notizie dopo circa 12 giorni ho chiamato per avere informazioni. Mi hanno risposto che l’oggetto non era riparabile (e già qui...avrebbero potuto chiamare loro...), così mi sono recato a ritirarlo. La stessa impiegata che mi ha preso in carico la riparazione, nel consegnarla, mi invita a presentarmi alla cassa per saldare, facendo presente che sulla ricevuta data al momento della consegna, era scritto chiaramente che vi era un costo di €10 per i preventivi non accettati!
In effetti avrei potuto guardare quelle righe scritte in piccolissimo sulla ricevuta...ma sono (erroneamente) andato in fiducia credendo di aver davanti persone corrette!
Al di là di tutto comunque, non sono i €10 di per se, ma la sensazione di essere stato preso in giro!!!! Visto tra l’altro che il mio non era un caso di preventivo NON ACCETTO, ma piuttosto una riparazione che loro non riuscivano o volevano fare! Coniglio al titolare: formi meglio i suoi collaboratori, perché la faccia è la sua....
Little seriousness
In short: after calling to find out if they had free estimates on repairs (and having received a positive confirmation), I went to deliver my drill-screwdriver. Having had no news after about 12 days, I called for information. They replied that the object was not repairable (and already here ... they could have called them ...), so I went to collect it. The same employee who took charge of the repair, in delivering it, invites me to go to the cash desk to pay, pointing out that on the receipt given at the time of delivery, it was clearly written that there was a cost of € 10 for the non-quoted accepted!
In fact I could have looked at those lines written in very small on the receipt ... but I (wrongly) went in trust believing that I had correct people in front of me!
Beyond everything, however, it is not the € 10 per se, but the feeling of having been made fun of !!!! Since, among other things, mine was not an estimate case I DO NOT ACCEPT, but rather a repair that they were unable or unwilling to do! Rabbit to the owner: train your collaborators better, because the face is his ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato l'acquisto on line di un trattorino da 3,690 euro , l'ordine mi è stato confermato e mi è stata indicata una consegna prevista entro 3 giorni dall'ordine. Circa 36 ore dopo la conferma d'ordine, ricevevo una comunicazione che mi informava che il trattorino non era più disponibile suggerendomi di orientarvi su prodotti alternativi di caratteristiche confrontabili. Purtroppo il prezzo di detti prodotti alternativi era del 20% superiore rispetto al prodotto acquistato.
Contattando telefonicamente il venditore, ho richiesto il rimborso e suggerito di rimuovere l'annuncio del prodotto non più disponibile.
Mi è stato confermato il rimborso ma dovrò attendere qualche giorno per la relativa liquidità. L'annuncio intanto è ancora là ancorchè il prodotto non risulta più disponibile. Preciso che si tratta di un modello fuori produzione pertanto non sarà possibile ricostituire la scorta.
Lascio ai lettori di fare le ipotesi e valutazione su quanto accaduto, a me la dinamica pare fin troppo chiara.
Come nota positiva aggiungo che il venditore è stato molto garbato nelle comunicazioni.

About 36 hours after the order confirmation, I received a communication informing me that the tractor was no longer available, suggesting that I orient you on alternative products with comparable characteristics. Unfortunately, the price of these alternative products was 20% higher than the purchased product.
By contacting the seller by phone, I requested a refund and suggested removing the ad for the product that is no longer available.
The repayment has been confirmed but I will have to wait a few days for the relative liquidity. Meanwhile, the announcement is still there even though the product is no longer available. I specify that this is a discontinued model therefore it will not be possible to replenish the stock.
I leave it to the readers to hypothesize and evaluate what happened, the dynamics seem all too clear to me.
On a positive note I add that the seller was very polite in his communications.
