★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio clienti! Ho fatto il contratto Gas in 10 minuti per telefono! Un po’ lunghi i tempi tecnici per l’apertura del contatore! Nel 2019 non è possibile che una volta concluso il contratto il tecnico arrivi dopo 9
giorni! Cmq la mia valutazione complessiva è positiva in quanto il servizio clienti risponde sempre e l’app e’ semplice e funzionale ottima! E con la notifica nel periodo di comunicazione cifra contatore non mi dimentico più di inviarla! Così posso dire finalmente basta consumi presunti! Consigliato
 Great customer service! I made the Gas contract in 10 minutes by phone! The technical times for opening the meter are a little long! In 2019 it is not possible that once the contract is concluded the technician will arrive after 9
days! Anyway my overall evaluation is positive as the customer service always responds and the app is simple and functional, excellent! And with the notification in the communication period cipher counter I no longer forget to send it! So I can finally say just enough alleged consumption! Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli operatori mandati a chiudere le utenze entrano nelle proprietà private senza il permesso ( cosa che non fanno neanche le forze dell'ordine). La bolletta è stata paga in ritardo e vero ma staccare il contatore dopo 11 giorni che hai fatto il pagamento......e non parliamo della riattivazione tempi da incubo e senza rispetto

The operators sent to shut down the utilities enter private properties without permission (which even the police do not do). The bill was paid late and true but unplug the meter after 11 days you made the payment ... and let's not talk about the reactivation of nightmare times and without respect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO!!!!!!! metto 1 stella perchè meno non si può mettere, costi elevatissimi, poca disponibilità, attese lunghissime per interfacciarsi con persone che non sanno / vogliono darti le risposte giuste... tutte presuntuose per non parlare del servizio clienti o chat, attese infinite senza riscontro..... PESSIMO
AWFUL !!!!!!! I put 1 star because you can't put less, very high costs, little availability, very long waits to interface with people who don't know / want to give you the right answers ... all presumptuous not to mention customer service or chat, endless waits without feedback. .... BAD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa vuota per due mesi,gas chiuso e contatore dell'elettricità spento ora mi trovo a pagare 300 euro di bolletta. Evidentemente stanno costruendo nostream3 ed è collegato direttamente a casa mia??.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due fatture con scadenza 20 gennaio 2022, pagate in data 3 gennaio 2022 con bollettino postale attraverso Banca, risultano da pagare (17 giorni prima della scadenza). Tutte le rimostranze presentate sia scritte che verbali sono rimaste vane. Dicono di pazientare, ma l'errore rimane. Troppo difficile rimediare! Nel frattempo ho stipulato un nuovo contratto con altro fornitore, quindi queste erano a chiusura contratto di due appartamenti. Sarà per tal motivo che rimango impantanata. Mi sa che dovrò rivolgermi ad un esperto per arrivare al dunque.
Two invoices due on January 20, 2022, paid on January 3, 2022 by postal order through the Bank, are to be paid (17 days before the deadline).
