★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentili ma confermo che per alcune cose ci siamo dovute muovere noi. Dal notaio siamo andati da uno comodo a noi perché abbiamo dovuto trovarlo noi, a inizio rapporto avevamo chiesto nr di muratori e giardinieri di Ferrara per fare dei lavori senza ricevere risposte. Poi non mi è piaciuto che la pratica è stata iniziata da una persona poi fatta seguire anche da una seconda persona creando incomprensioni tra noi e l'acquirente, alla fine risolte per fortuna.
Very kind but I confirm that for some things we had to move. We went to a notary who was comfortable with us because we had to find him, at the beginning of the relationship we had asked for nr of bricklayers and gardeners from Ferrara to do some jobs without receiving answers. Then I did not like that the practice was started by a person then followed by a second person too, creating misunderstandings between us and the buyer, which eventually resolved fortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La professionalità costa, ci sono immobiliari più economiche ma con questa non ci sarà nessuna brutta sorpresa. Ho acquistato una casa nel 2019, con loro, e l’ho rivenduta adesso sempre con AIDA. Tutto perfetto, sia in acquisto che in vendita.
