Precisa la presentazione dei piatti. Consiglio questo bistrot! Bravi!! Very well-kept and refined restaurant. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. Il locale è molto bello, peccato per il poco parcheggio ma essendo in pieno centro è un problema di tutti i locali e dei negozi. My review was negative, but it was about the old management, now I put 5 stars in trust, I will be back as soon as possible. The place is very nice, shame about the little parking but being in the center it is a problem of all the clubs and shops.

Peccato per tutto il resto, giustissime le porzioni dei piatti se fosse un menu degustazione, ma ordinando alla carta risultavano scarse e ci siamo dovuti riempire con il pane. Non so se abbiamo beccato la serata sbagliata, ma siamo arrivati alle 21.30 alle 22 ci hanno chiesto cosa volevamo ordinare e alle 23 ci è arrivato da mangiare. Troppa attesa per così pochi coperti e molta disorganizzazione tra sala e cucina. Va benissimo dare importanza all’impiattamento, ma non se va a discapito del servizio, da rivedere. Nel complesso non ci tornerei, ma passerò di nuovo fra qualche mese per vedere la differenza. Do la terza stella come incoraggiamento. Small bistro in the heart of Padua, good quality of ingredients and a lot of research in the menu. Too bad for everything else, the portions of the dishes were very right if it were a tasting menu, but when ordering a la carte they were scarce and we had to fill ourselves with bread. I don't know if we caught the wrong night, but we arrived at 9.30pm at 10pm they asked us what we wanted to order and at 11pm we got some food. Too much waiting for so few seats and a lot of disorganization between the dining room and the kitchen. It is perfectly fine to give importance to the dish, but not if it is to the detriment of the service, to be reviewed. Overall I wouldn't go back, but I'll be back in a few months to see the difference. I give the third star as an encouragement.
M	Manu Fresco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un local moderno en el centro de Padua que merece ser visitado. Muy buen servicio y la comida está dentro de los estándares de calidad esperado. La atención por parte del personal es exquisita y la cocina realiza un trabajo apreciable en cada uno de los platos. Totalmente recomendable, es un local acorde con los precios que se pagan. Nosotros pedimos a la carta pero el menú degustación es lo siguiente que probaremos cuando volvamos a Padova. Espero que sigan trabajando igual de bien en el futuro. Mucha suerte y esfuerzo. A modern place in the center of Padua that deserves to be visited. Very good service and the food is within the expected quality standards. The attention from the staff is exquisite and the kitchen does an appreciable job on each of the dishes. Fully recommended, it is a place in accordance with the prices that are paid. We order à la carte but the tasting menu is the next thing we will try when we return to Padova. I hope they continue to work just as well in the future. Good luck and effort.

Prezzi nella norma, abbiamo scelto piatti di terra. Porzioni assolutamente giuste. Forse mi aspettavo gusti un po' più decisi visti anche gli abbinamenti ricercati nei piatti. Nel complesso molto buono, tornerò per provare i piatti di mare. Refined restaurant, trained and kind staff, medium-high quality food. Appreciated the sommelier who recommended the glasses to combine with the chosen dishes. Prices in the norm, we chose land dishes. Absolutely right portions. Perhaps I was expecting a little more decisive tastes also given the refined combinations in the dishes. Overall very good, I will be back to try the seafood dishes.

Siamo andati di menù alla carta per assaggiare diverse cose e devo fare sia i complimenti allo Chef Matteo (persona squisita, cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha anche fatto visitare la cantina dei vini!) ed anche a Marco (se non ricordo male) il maitre. Ha saputo azzeccare ogni calice di vino che si sposava perfettamente con i piatti. Ha contribuito ad innalzare il livello dell'esperienza qui. I prezzi sono, a parer mio, giusti e meritati; il luogo e l'atmosfera che si creano sono perfetti. Lo staff è stato tutto cordiale e l'accoglienza ed il servizio impeccabili (a tratti sembrava di essere in un ristorante stellato). Ci torneremo sicuramente spesso per staccare in settimana dal lavoro e goderci questa coccola. Una delizia per il palato. Complimenti davvero a tutti. It was truly a great experience. Each dish contained a story and told it in its own way. We went to the à la carte menu to taste different things and I have to congratulate Chef Matteo (exquisite, friendly and helpful person. He also showed us the wine cellar!) And also to Marco (if I remember correctly) the maitre . He knew how to hit every glass of wine that went perfectly with the dishes. It helped raise the level of the experience here. The prices are, in my opinion, fair and deserved; the place and the atmosphere that are created are perfect. The staff was all friendly and the welcome and service impeccable (at times it seemed to be in a starred restaurant). We will certainly return often to get away from work during the week and enjoy this pampering. A delight for the palate. Congratulations to everyone indeed.
