La cucina è ottima (tutto squisito dall'antipasto al dolce), porzioni abbondanti e i gestori sono gentilissimi. Assolutamente consigliato!!! A truly special place, where time seems to have stopped. The cuisine is excellent (all delicious from appetizer to dessert), generous portions and the managers are very kind. Absolutely recommended !!!

Porzioni abbondanti, polenta davvero squisita, consistente, come nella tipica della tradizione montanara ligure, abbiamo mangiato la capra, molto saporita. Prezzi più che onesti. Prenotate nel giardino con vista sui boschi. Villa cella is a magical place where time has stopped and peace and nature reign supreme. Generous portions, really delicious polenta, consistent, as in the typical Ligurian mountain tradition, we ate the goat, very tasty. Prices more than fair. Book in the garden overlooking the woods.

Magnifico pranzare in terrazza vista valle in estate ma soprattutto in inverno nell'accogliente locare riscaldato dall'avvolgente calore della stufa a legna, magari con la neve (la strada viene sempre tenuta aperta). Vale la pena affrontare le poche curve che separano il paesino di Villa Cella dalla statale del fondo valle per ritrovare una storia millenaria e un borgo che cerca di sopravvivere. Complimenti ai gestori del ristorante e ai pochi abitanti che ancora raccontano, con grande disponibilità, una storia passata con gli occhi pieni di orgoglio per un paese in cui i loro noni sono cresciuti affrontato la dura vita di campagna isolati tra i selvaggi boschi della val D'Aveto. Typical home cooking of grandmothers, excellent hand-made ravioli and legendary polenta. Try, when available, delicacies such as goat or cod. Magnificent lunch on the terrace overlooking the valley in summer but especially in winter in the cozy loft heated by the enveloping warmth of the wood stove, perhaps in the snow (the road is always kept open). It is worth tackling the few curves that separate the village of Villa Cella from the state road at the bottom of the valley to find a thousand-year history and a village that tries to survive. Congratulations to the restaurant managers and to the few inhabitants who still tell, with great availability, a past story with eyes full of pride for a country where their grandparents grew up faced the hard country life isolated in the wild woods of the Val D 'Aveto.

Dopo aver visitato e appreso la storia di Villa Cella grazie a Franco, che gentilmente si è offerto di farci da guida, abbiamo cenato in questo agriturismo immerso in un angolo incontaminato. La cucina è ottima, porzioni abbondanti dall'antipasto al dolce ad un prezzo davvero onesto. Altamente consigliato!!! History and catering, a winning combination. After having visited and learned the history of Villa Cella thanks to Franco, who kindly offered to be our guide, we had dinner in this farmhouse nestled in an unspoiled corner. The cuisine is excellent, generous portions from appetizer to dessert at a very fair price. Highly recommended!!!

Siamo stati accolti con calore familiare dal titolare, abbiamo mangiato molto abbondantemente, cibo ottimo, casalingo, semplice e gustoso ed anche il vino ottimo. Complimenti per tutto !!! Siamo stati veramente molto bene ! Peccato che dovevamo ritornare in Veneto, altrimenti sarebbe stato bello fare una passeggiata per il paesino. Seen by chance the sign from the state road, we decided to try this farm. We were welcomed with family warmth by the owner, we ate very abundantly, excellent food, homemade, simple and tasty and also excellent wine. Congratulations on everything !!! We really enjoyed it very much! Too bad we had to go back to Veneto, otherwise it would have been nice to take a walk around the village.

Thanks to the managers of this beautiful farmhouse nestled in the magical and ancient village of Villa Cella. Abundant and excellent lunch served with kindness and sympathy. The asado and the ribs in particular are fantastic! We will definitely come back to taste them maybe in those beautiful outdoor tables ...
