Ma meilleure expérience en Italie au niveau restaurant. N'hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçu. Just simply perfectly authentic. A family-run Italian restaurant. A warm welcome and the food is wonderful. I recommend. My best experience in Italy at the restaurant level. Do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed.

Simple but clean place, friendly and very kind staff ... the food is plentiful and delicious ... not at all greasy and greasy. Le camere si trovano in una piccola località sopra Borzonasca che garantisce tranquillità e pace dei sensi. Il cibo è davvero ottimo e abbondante, i proprietari mettono passione nel proprio lavoro e te la trasmettono. Finally a farm as it should be. Authenticity and courtesy in the first place. The rooms are located in a small town above Borzonasca which guarantees tranquility and peace of mind. The food is really good and plentiful, the owners put passion into their work and pass it on to you.

Antipasti e primi della Casa veramente ottimi, consigliatissima la lasagna ai funghi e le trofie al Pesto locale? (15 euro a testa, tutto abbondante e buonissimo con tanto di caffè e grappa!) Coming from Milan by motorbike, we couldn't ask for a better stop! Homemade restaurant and very friendly and nice staff! Appetizers and first courses of the house really excellent, highly recommended the lasagna with mushrooms and trofie with local pesto? (15 euros each, all abundant and delicious with lots of coffee and grappa!)

Da gustare qui la famosa "baciocca" una torta salata , di patate e besciamella, piatto tipico di Borzonasca. Inoltre lasagne ai funghi e trofie di farina di castagne al pesto, con patate e fagiolini come quelle che faceva mia nonna. Una menzione speciale meritano le due signore in cucina: la bravissima cuoca e sua cugina che serve ai tavoli, simpaticissime, accoglienti, gentilissime, che sfatano assolutamente il luogo comune che noi liguri siamo scortesi. Andate a mangiare da O Matte' e vi sentirete come a casa! Very welcoming and simple farmhouse, where you eat in abundance and typically Ligurian. To taste here the famous "baciocca" a savory pie, with potatoes and bechamel, a typical dish of Borzonasca. In addition, lasagna with mushrooms and trofie of chestnut flour with pesto, with potatoes and green beans like the ones my grandmother used to make. The two ladies in the kitchen deserve a special mention: the talented cook and her cousin serving at the tables, very nice, welcoming, very kind, who absolutely debunk the cliché that we Ligurians are rude. Go and eat at O Matte 'and you will feel right at home!

We ate incredibly well, full course (antipasti-primi-secundi-dolci-vini-digestivo) for only 15€ although the food was fully local, organic and delicious! You won't leave hungry! Plus, the owners are very sweet, super kind and helpful. Grazie mille, it was definitely the best stay of our vacation in Italy!!

There was no menu to choose from, so we spoke to the owner in advance about what we wanted and they made what we asked for. The owners were really nice and we felt extremely welcome here. I can definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a simple, down to earth and authentic ligurian dining experience.
