r	rosanna imperato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La villa è molto grande male gestita, la signora ha un marito nervoso, le stanze sono senza aria condizionata, un forno d'estate, il frigo, vecchio, è nel corridoio, il bagno è senza finestre, la piscina è molto bella ma dista di parecchio dalle stanze.. senza prima colazione e senza kit da bagno, insomma tutto pessimo a costi altissimi The villa is very large badly managed, the lady has a nervous husband, the rooms are without air conditioning, an oven in the summer, the fridge, old, is in the corridor, the bathroom has no windows, the pool is very nice but it is a lot from the rooms .. without breakfast and without bathroom kit, in short, all bad at very high costs

All'ingresso di un borgo storico ben tenuto e caratteristico, dove si vede l'amore e la cura degli abitanti per il proprio paese c'è questa villa contornata da un splendido giardino progettato dal famoso architetto paesaggista Porcinai. Una vera scoperta. Consigliatissimo un soggiorno in agriturismo o una visita durante le giornate del FAI. Beautiful historic home. A discovery in the town of Campagnatico a few kilometers from Grosseto and in the middle of the Maremma. At the entrance of a well-kept and characteristic historic village, where you can see the love and care of the inhabitants for their country, there is this villa surrounded by a splendid garden designed by the famous landscape architect Porcinai. A real find. A stay on a farm or a visit during the FAI days is highly recommended.

Wir haben dort zwei Augustwochen verbracht und waren in der Wohnung untergebracht, die einst als Settlerei diente. Die Einrichtung war simpel, aber alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Betreiberin war immer unkompliziert und freundlich. Pool und Aussichtsterrasse unter den Pinien sind echte Highlights dieses mit Liebe gepflegten Anwesens. Dort haben wir uns wirklich richtig wohl gefühlt! Big, beautiful agrotourism in the heart of the Maremma Grossetana. We spent two weeks in August there and were accommodated in the apartment that once served as a settler's shop. The set up was simple, but everything we needed was there. Communication with the very nice operator was always uncomplicated and friendly. The pool and panoramic terrace under the pine trees are real highlights of this lovingly cared for property. We really felt at home there!
g	gennaro nolano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è una villa del 900 in un bellissimo parco e non sarebbe nemmeno tanto male se non fosse un piccolo particolare ....siamo nel 2021 e quindi almeno il minimo è indispensabile ci dev essere.....non si può far alloggiare in mansarda con 40 gradi ....non si può più....inoltre frigo rotto bagno decadente .... E soprattutto un menefreghismo assoluto... Non lo consiglio The structure is a villa of the 900 in a beautiful park and it would not even be so bad if it were not a small detail .... we are in 2021 and therefore at least the minimum is essential there must be ..... you cannot accommodate in the attic with 40 degrees .... you can't anymore .... also broken fridge decadent bathroom .... And above all an absolute indifference ... I don't recommend it
S	Solange Legras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnifique villa Toscane qui reflète des siècles d’histoire . Luisa nous a reçus remarquablement ! Les chambres sont certes simples mais disposent de tout le confort nécessaire . L’absence d’air conditionné a été suppléé par un ventilateur qui a été bien utile en cette période caniculaire. Le parc est somptueux et la piscine fort agréable pour se détendre et se rafraîchir . Une excellente adresse à recommander ! Magnificent Tuscany villa which reflects centuries of history. Luisa received us remarkably! The rooms are certainly simple but have all the necessary comfort. The lack of air conditioning was made up for by a fan which was very useful during this scorching heat. The park is sumptuous and the swimming pool very pleasant to relax and cool off. An excellent address to recommend!

R	Robert Kübler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The windows don't close, there is no wifi, the other guests were extremely loud at 1am since there is no policy to forbid that. Furthermore, the shower cabin was broken and there is no air conditioner. Worst of all, unfriendly host. Don't go there.
T	Tinati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price we paid the hotel was extreme bad! 1. We couldn't close any windows at all 2. The shower doors were falling down during the showering 3. There was no wifi 4. The other guests were soo loud, having party all the time and there was no policy 5. One pool for c.a 50 people isn't enough, we practically couldn't use it. 6. The host was super rude after we left, her problem was that we didn't spend so much time there. So it was a mistake to stay there!
