La serenità pervade questo luogo, dove non importa la tua provenienza, perché ti fa sentire a casa ed in famiglia anche con gli altri ospiti. Appartamenti molto carini e ben serviti. La piscina è la ciliegina sulla magnifica torta che vi offre questo agriturismo. Adatto ad ospiti di tutte le età, perché tutti qui possono trovare la loro dimensione ideale. Offre anche passatempi come biciclette, biliardini (calcetto) e tavolo da ping pong. An agriturismo well inserted in the beauty and tranquility of the Marche hills. Serenity pervades this place, where your origin does not matter, because it makes you feel at home and with your family even with other guests. Very nice and well served apartments. Se fa caldo da giorni la temperatura dell'acqua è giusta, se invece il clima è fresco l'acqua ovviamente è un po fredda. Ci sono circa 6 appartamenti, 2 con un bel patio che consiglio, uno con un terrazzino e altri senza balcone. Il nostro, il regina, aveva un tavolo all aperto riservato a pochi gradini dalla porta. L'appartamento era pulito e in ordine, con un apprezzato welcome pack con spumante di loro produzione, biscotti, latte, caffè e succo. L'appartamento aveva inoltre in dotazione buona biancheria da letto, da bagno e da tavola ma anche detersivo piatti e lavastoviglie, detersivo lavatrice e anche bagnoschiuma. L'appartamento ha 2 camere e 2 bagni finemente arredati, con ampi spazi, ma la zona giorno è molto buia anche di giorno. Sebbene fosse una settimana molto calda, la sera si dormiva bene anche senza aria condizionata. C'è un orto di pomodori a disponiziond dei clienti ed anche una bella cantina self service con varie bottiglie di loro produzione a prezzi ottimi. I miei bambini si sono divertiti a portare a spasso Otto, il cane dei padroni, per tutta la tenuta. In ultimo segnalo per dovere di cronaca che gli appartamenti sono vicino ad una strada non molto trafficata, ma con le finestre aperte si sente il tumore delle auto. Nice location with a beautiful view of the hills and vineyards. It has a shared swimming pool, with a small space for sun loungers. If it has been hot for days the water temperature is right, but if the weather is cool the water is obviously a bit cold. There are about 6 apartments, 2 with a nice patio that I recommend, one with a small terrace and others without a balcony. Ours, the queen, had a reserved outdoor table a few steps from the door. The apartment was clean and tidy, with an appreciated welcome pack with their own sparkling wine, biscuits, milk, coffee and juice. The apartment also had good bed linen, towels and table linen as well as dish and dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent and even shower gel. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms finely furnished, with large spaces, but the living area is very dark even during the day. Although it was a very hot week, in the evening we slept well even without air conditioning. There is a tomato garden available to customers and also a beautiful self-service cellar with various bottles of their production at excellent prices. My children enjoyed walking Otto, the owners' dog, around the estate. Finally, for the record, I would like to point out that the apartments are near a not very busy road, but with the windows open you can hear the tumor of the cars.

Pio e Daniela due padroni di casa gentilissimi. L'accoglienza che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Biliardino, ping pong e griglia a disposizione degli ospiti. Cantina privata con vini a buon prezzo e appartamenti forniti di tutto. Consigliatissimo! Fantastic place nestled in the Piceno hills. Immersed in the vineyards and in absolute quiet. We spent a very pleasant New Year. Pio and Daniela two very kind hosts. The welcome that makes you feel immediately at home. Foosball table, table tennis and grill available for guests. Private cellar with well priced wines and fully equipped apartments. Highly recommended!
