G	Gioia Pari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costretta a dare una stella perché zero non è consentito. Un posto che non accetta cani è un posto che già a priori andrebbe evitato. Al momento della prenotazione comunichiamo la presenza di un cane di piccola taglia (addestrato ed educato, si parla di un cane al di sotto dei 10 kg poiché se avessi avuto un pastore del Caucaso io per prima lo avrei lasciato a casa onde evitare spavento dei commensali o paturnie similari) e confermano la disponibilità. Quindi facciamo 40 minuti di auto ed una volta arrivati nel locale il titolare, senza nemmeno salutare perché aveva già intravisto la creatura abnorme in nostra presenza, prende a brutte parole la cameriera obbligandola a dirci che non potevano mangiare lì. Cosa abbastanza ironica devo dire, il titolare ha ben pensato di non metterci la faccia e dileguarsi in qualche angolo buio del locale. In compenso il ristorante a Malè ha soddisfatto a pieno tutte le nostre esigenze a livello culinario, di gentilezza e servizio. La buona cucina non è tutto, sono i modi a fare la differenza. Se ci fosse stato comunicato in partenza, noi per primi ci saremmo comportati di conseguenza Forced to give a star because zero is not allowed. On the other hand, the restaurant in Malè fully satisfied all our needs in terms of cuisine, kindness and service. Good food isn't everything, it's the ways that make the difference. If it had been communicated to us at the start, we first would have acted accordingly
A	Achille Massetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previa prenotazione il giorno precedente, ci siamo presentati 4 commensali più un volpino inferiore ai 5 kg.... risultato non ci hanno fatto entrare, mea culpa non aver detto alla prenotazione di avere un cane di piccolissima taglia logicamente educato e che sa stare in un ristorante...non mi era mai capitato una cosa del genere nel 2022 la reputo anche abbastanza anacronistica...avrei concepito se mi fossi presentato con un cane da 50 kg...la cosa pessima e stato il titolare che ci ha guardati e poi mandato la cameriera ragazzina a mandarci via. Comunque siamo andati in un altro posto dove hanno accettato cane e commensali come nel 2022 e normale che sia. Personale gentile, preparato e simpatico che mette tutti a proprio agio, super disponibile come in famiglia. Il Menù è qualcosa di davvero eccezionale! Tutti i piatti ed i prodotti usati sono prodotti da loro e di altissima qualità, dagli antipasti ai dolci! Da leccarsi i baffi! ??? Ci ritorneremo sicuramente! 5 stars are few to describe this place! I give 10! Very welcoming place, in typical Trentino style, well cared for. Kind, prepared and nice staff who put everyone at ease, super helpful like family. The menu is something truly exceptional! All dishes and products used are produced by them and of the highest quality, from appetizers to desserts! Mouth-watering! ??? We will definitely be back!
