Nice place, well organized, clean helpful and pleasant property .. But the mattresses of the sofa beds need to be replaced every now and then.

T	Tatiana H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uroczy dom na uboczu z ładnym basenem. Spokojnie i wiejsko. Można przyjeżdżać że zwierzętami. Pobliskie miasteczko Arcidosso bardzo urokliwe, ale osiągalne tylko autem ze względu na długi i stromy podjazd prowadzący do posesji. Minusy za wyposażenie apartamentu. Brak w nim nie tylko czajnika do gotowania wody, mikrofalówki i żelazka, ale i podstawowych produktów higienicznych - papieru toaletowego, mydła, płynu do zmywania czy tabletek do zmywarek. Wszystko trzeba zakupić we własnym zakresie... Dodatkowo zabójcza jest ilość much. Niby jest sprzęt do grillowania, ale zjedzenie posiłku na zewnątrz uniemożliwia inwazja owadów. A charming house off the beaten path with a nice pool. Easy and rural. You can come that with animals. The nearby town of Arcidosso very charming, but reachable only by car because of the long and steep uphill leading to the property. Cons for the equipment of the apartment. There is not only a kettle for boiling water, microwave and iron, but also basic hygiene products - toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tablets. Everything needs to be bought in-house ... In addition, the number of flies is deadly. Apparently there is a barbecue, but eating outside meals makes invasion impossible.

C	C Sumsisonne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschön gelegen. Sehr ruhig! Der Pool mit gelegentlicher Aussicht auf Pferde ist super! Die Wohnungen sind sehr nett. Lediglich ein paar Müllbeutel und ein oder zwei Geschirrspültabs für den Start würde ich noch hinlegen. Die Besitzer sind auch sehr lieb und nett! Beautifully located. Very quiet! The pool with the occasional view of horses is great! The apartments are very nice. I would only put a few trash bags and one or two dishwasher tabs to start with. The owners are also very kind and nice!
M	Marco Mangino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiam avuto la fortuna di soggiornarci soli (infrasettimanale) quindi ci siam potuti godere davvero (ma non credo che non altri inquilini sarebbe stato molto diverso) i silenzi e la pace di questo fantastico posto! Posizione ottimale per tutta la val d’Orcia e, per chi volesse, il mare. Proprietaria di una gentilezza e disponibilità non riscontrate altrove (abbiam fatto un check-in tardo e un late check out). Nella casa tutto l’indispensabile anche per chi non volesse mangiare fuori. We were lucky enough to stay alone (midweek) so we were able to really enjoy (but I don't think other tenants would have been much different) the silence and peace of this fantastic place! Optimal position for the whole Val d'Orcia and, for those who wish, the sea. Owner of a kindness and availability not found elsewhere (we did a late check-in and a late check out). In the house all the essentials even for those who do not want to eat out.
