Ambiente informale. Ottima la carne cruda sia l'albese che la trita o tartare, tutto a km zero. Cozy farmhouse. Excellent food prepared by the owner Clara who welcomes customers with her usual sympathy. Excellent quality-price relation. Informal environment. Excellent raw meat, both Albese and mince or tartare, all at zero km.

It is always a pleasure to have lunch with excellent food and in good company, adequate prices, a star is missing only for lack of attractions for children.

Servizio celere, abbiamo cominciato a mangiare dopo appena 5minuti che eravamo al tavolo,menù fisso . Affettati e formaggi di produzione propria o a km0 ,piatti raffinati tipicamente piemontesi,presentati in maniera semplice con poche decorazioni. Camerieri che passano anche 2-3 volte per offrire un altra porzione , vino ottimo,dolci di produzione propria,poca scelta ma tutti eccellenti. Prezzi nella norma . Non è la prima volta che veniamo e tutte le volte le aspettative sono state soddisfatte ,unico difetto : La sala da pranzo è un open space da 90mq2 pieno di tavoli ,si crea un rumore di sottofondo che non rende facile fare due parole con i commensali. Do comunque 5stelle nell' insieme Simple but well-kept and clean environment. Hospitable and helpful managers and staff. Fast service, we started eating after just 5 minutes that we were at the table, fixed menu. Cold cuts and cheeses of own production or km0, typically Piedmontese refined dishes, presented in a simple way with few decorations. Waiters who come by even 2-3 times to offer another portion, excellent wine, homemade desserts, little choice but all excellent. Prices in the norm. It is not the first time we come and all the times the expectations have been met, the only flaw: The dining room is a 90sqm open space full of tables, a background noise is created that does not make it easy to have a few words with the diners. I still give 5 stars overall

Tutto veramente buono, ma se posso dare un consiglio cercherei di alzare il livello sui secondi. Vino della casa in caraffa di accompagnamento. Well done home cooking and generous portions. Pleasant welcome and very quiet place. All really good, but if I can give some advice I would try to raise the level on the seconds. House wine in accompanying carafe.
