E	Estermaria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agriturismo molto elegante nonostante l'aspetto tipicamente rustico delle campagne romagnole. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e profondi conoscitori delle risorse naturali della terra. Per cucinare usano nei condimenti molte piante aromatiche trovate da loro nelle campagne circostanti, miele, composte di marmellata, cipolla, agrumi e via dicendo. La cucina è molto delicata e ricca di sapori contrastanti. Questo agriturismo (nel vero senso della parola) lo trovo veramente un'eccellenza per la qualità dei prodotti offerti. Prezzi buoni. Consigliatissimo Very elegant farmhouse despite the typically rustic aspect of the Romagna countryside. The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable of the earth's natural resources. For cooking they use many aromatic plants found by them in the surrounding countryside, honey, compotes of jam, onion, citrus fruit and so on in their condiments. The cuisine is very delicate and full of contrasting flavors. This farm (in the true sense of the word) I find it truly excellent for the quality of the products offered. Good prices. Highly recommended

Location meravigliosa. Proprietari e personale davvero gentili. We were here on Easter Monday 2022, very special (and exquisite) appetizers, encore of good first courses, excellent chicken and pork and tasting of desserts with delicious passito. Wonderful location. Really nice owners and staff.

Non mi hanno entusiasmato gli antipasti e i dolci, nella media della categoria agriturismo, costo un po' sopra la media, li consiglio anche se dovrebbero ogni tanto proporre menù nuovi o comunque modifiche a quello solito ... Nice place, in the atmosphere, discreet wine list, good first and second courses of meat ... I was not thrilled by the appetizers and desserts, in the average of the agritourism category, cost a little above the average, I recommend them even if they should every so much to propose new menus or in any case changes to the usual one ...

Everything is sourced locally with great care. You have to try the "crostini con battuto di lardo e gelato al rosmarino" - a crown jewel. I also recommend the "Passatelli" as a great vegetarian option. The location is also beautiful
