Excellent from every point of view: cuisine, friendliness, cleanliness and cost. Farmhouse a little out of the way, completely surrounded by nature, but where it is really worth going there. The mixed appetizer is excellent and plentiful, particularly the attention paid to portioning each course according to the number of people at the table (not like in other places where maybe they bring 3 things for 5 people). The homemade fusilli are also excellent, both those with veal ragout and those with porcini mushrooms; Here too the fact of bringing two different cheeses to the table is much appreciated, in order to create the right condiment / cheese combination (goat cheese for the ragù, parmesan for the porcini mushrooms). Fantastic wine, truly artisanal, without sulphites or anything, only grapes. I guarantee it as a wine producer. Lunch concluded with coffee, fig leaf liqueur and homemade scauratielli. Liqueur below expectations, with a particular but not excellent taste. If you are several people, maybe let them bring you some and taste it. Excellent Scauratielli, but the choice of chestnut honey to dress them is not perfect, its classic strong flavor does not go well with scauratielli, an acacia or wildflower honey in my opinion there would have been better. The waitress was very kind and prepared, excellent service, also kind the owner with whom I had the pleasure of exchanging a few words. Total paid for appetizers, 2 first courses, water, wine, coffee, liqueur and dessert: € 18 each, a real bargain. I extremely appreciated the cleanliness and care of the bathrooms, something underestimated by many restaurants, this is often an excellent indicator of how much the owner cares about hygiene, which is of primary importance, especially today. In short, I guarantee you, if you go there once, you will come back.
