High quality food & local wine. Many home made & farm products. Classically elegant rooms with antique furniture and a lot of charm. Warm and welcoming atmosphere and a super service. A real, family run Agriturismo!

Wonderful place hidden in the mountains of Liguria owned by amazingly hospitable family with superb food! Especially their homemade dairy and meat products which are served for dinner are a unique treat! Also their carefully selected wine list is worth mentioning. Highly recommended place to stay!

This is a food lovers paradise. A true family run establishment done with passion and smiles. Walking around the place gives you new smells every hour, because dad is cooking. And wow, what a cook he is. We never had so well prepared dry aged smoked beef before, and we’ve eaten in quite a bit star restaurants. We initially where not super hungry so ordered a few dishes but ending up ordering more because trocchioli (pasta, primi) was so beautifully cooked. Everything is organic and from their garden or land. ‘Son’ is the most passionate host and tells you by head all what’s on the menu with all details of the dishes. He is a true wine lover and made great recommendations of the 120 wines he has available. He recommended a white wine which went so incredibly well with the meat. The dessert - ice cream without milk or eggs was also an experience. View Just perfect, I almost cried ;-) Rooms You are here for the food, hospitality and incredible views on nature not necessarily for great room decorations. The rooms are minimalist and clean. All you need is there: good shower, comfortable large bed en good pillows. With that type of view and so many different spots to hang out, you do not want to be in your room anyways. Don’t worry about the air conditioning, the rooms are located in the shadows, you do not really need AC. If you are vegetarian / vegan, maybe just give them a call - although everything is from the garden and land, not too sure if they have enough options - but I could be totally wrong The 7€ breakfast is good coffee, fruits, canned fruit yogurt, (great! But too sweet for my taste) home made jam/ marmalade, some bread and a very good cake - At first i worried about it before booking but, tbh, I was still full and dreaming about diner, so I didn’t want more than just fruit and coffee. Take some eye coverages if you do not like to be woken up by natural light, the curtains are light and white Maybe add some plane yogurt in breakfast

I don’t write reviews very often but when lots of passion leads to perfection I consider it appropriate to give back through spending a little bit of time to write a review. If you love food and wine and being in the middle of the nature in a clean accommodation you will love this place. One of our highlights are the 22 special cows (only 200 of this species in Italy) who live in freedom in the nature and come back in the evening to get food and shelter. The dairy products such as own creations of cheeses and the meat products are based on these animals who are treated with greatest respect during their live. Additionally the wine expertise is great and you can get an explanation of each suitable wine from 15 seconds to up to 5 minutes - as you prefer. The same explanation applies to the dishes. It is a joy to listen how the owner explains the highlights of the menu - sometimes highlighting special ingredients, sometimes explaining the history of the dish. It is like an amuse-gueule to listen to the presentation while the appetite increases. The views from this place are stunning. Also the place is close to Cinque Terre.

I can't say enough great things about this place! Everything was perfect! The family works together seamlessly to provide exceptional service. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The food is delicious. Accomodations beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The setting is perfection and the fireflies in summer are the icing on the cake.

Came here for dinner. Hands down the best meal i have this year, at least. All food and ingredients are made from scratch with outstanding local products (the family breed a rare kind of tiny cow, or they "harvest" Monterosso seaweeds, just to say some). The wine list is also top notch, with a great selection of local (and not) orange wines hard to not mention. Great place and service too. I'll come back for sure.

Natural, authentic, witty. Do not expect to visit a conventional Italian dairy place, with just fresh home made products and crispy croissants abundance. Here nothing is ordinary, as a group of 5 truly inspiring human beings will crack your mind and palate for as long as you'll stay around the place. As the story goes, driven by a simple need, "to go back to the roots", 10 years ago, a local family of 5 decided to roll the dice by buying a little piece of heaven up to Spezia. Fully immersed into Mother Nature, passion, dedication and witness flourished for 10 years to create a farmhouse formula which is to me a remarkable story of senses. I haven't tried the accomodation yet, but the cousine and the eyesight are of those that will stick into your mind for years to come. That's why for 2 years in a row i booked a restaurant experience here. Anything cooked is made with local products, finely selected or harvested nearby. From cooked ham, to farinata, moving to the local version of the Recco focaccia, the starters will blow your tongue. Home made pasta with ragout sauce prepared with local meat is simply mouth watering. The dry aged smoked beef is from another planet. The icing on the cake? Blue cheese ice cream. Wondering about the wine list? Don't, simply trust the young family Sommelier! Coffee? Yes, get the old style coffee pot version. So this is a Story of family values, strong roots, unconventional wisdom, all blended with mother Nature. Let the farmhouse family spoil you. You won't regret it. *Disclaimer: for those concerned by the price, yes it is true, it is not for low budget pockets. However, as they say, you should not judge a book by the cover. Try it first. Grazie mille, again, Madame ?
