La struttura è la location ideale per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della naturalità, l'aria limpida e pura, e la tranquillità dell'ambiente offrono una vacanza rilassante e confortevole. Il locale è molto bello ed elegante con un camino grande, bello e funzionante. Il personale è gentilissimo ed il servizio è ottimo. Il pranzo comincia con gli aperitivi che sono nient'altro che degli assaggini buonissimi che alla fine eravamo quasi tutti già sazi. Poi iniziano con i primi piatti (loro dicono assaggi ) sono stati quattro : polenta con salsiccia, pasta e fagioli, tagliatelle ai funghi, e infine cavatelli con i broccoli. Il tutto una squisitezza e annaffiati con un buon bicchiere di vino rosso (aglianico locale).Dopo il tempo necessario di digerire poco poco ecco che arrivano sui tavoli vassoi con vari tipi di carne alla brace; salsiccia, pollo, agnello e costolette di maiale. Da parte , per gli intenditori arrivano gli arrosticini di capra. Frutta di stagione e torta con spumante. La sorpresa è stata alla fine: una grappa fatta in casa al gusto di prezzemolo (top secret). Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato ottimo. Ritorneremo.
Agriturismo il Contadino is located in the Municipality of Baselice in the province of Bn. The structure is the ideal location to spend a relaxing and natural holiday, the clear and pure air and the tranquility of the environment offer a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The restaurant is very nice and elegant with a large, nice and functioning fireplace. The staff is very kind and the service is excellent. Lunch begins with aperitifs that are nothing more than delicious tastes that in the end we were almost all satiated. Then they start with the first courses (they say tastings). They were four: polenta with sausage, pasta and beans, tagliatelle with mushrooms, and finally cavatelli with broccoli. All a delicacy and washed down with a good glass of red wine (local Aglianico). After the time required to digest a little little, trays with various types of grilled meat arrive on the tables; sausage, chicken, lamb and pork chops. Aside, goat kebabs arrive for connoisseurs. Seasonal fruit and sparkling cake. The surprise came at the end: a homemade parsley-flavored grappa (top secret). The quality / price ratio was excellent. We return.
