★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi besøgte Due Papeveri i efteråret 2021. Vi blev varmt modtaget af Charlotte og Luca, og blev indlogeret i den chamerende 007 suite.
Vi nød stedets ro og flotte natur, hvor vi gik nogen turer rundt i skoven og de små byer.
Maden og vinen var skøn, og vi brugte en formiddag på et af Charlottes kokkekurser, hvor vi lærte at lave pasta. I området besøgte vi et mejeri, hvor vi købte parmasan, og det blev også til er besøg på Ferrari museumet i Modena.
 We visited Due Papeveri in the fall of 2021. We were warmly received by Charlotte and Luca, and were accommodated in the charming 007 suite.
We enjoyed the tranquility and beautiful nature of the place, where we went for some walks around the forest and the small towns.
The food and wine were wonderful and we spent a morning at one of Charlotte's cooking classes where we learned how to make pasta. In the area we visited a dairy where we bought parmasan, and it also became a visit to the Ferrari Museum in Modena.

After a couple of km worthy of a rally route, you arrive at the structure: very nice, furnishings with care and simplicity that make you feel at home. All dishes are very good designed and made with love. I advise

Charlotte e il suo compagno Luca vi sorprenderanno per la loro disponibilità e passione unite alla loro bravura in cucina. Non avremmo mai immaginato che potesse esistere un posto tanto suggestivo e piacevolmente alternativo nell'appennino modenese. Altamente consigliato!!
Extremely accurate place in every detail. The woodshed looks like a cozy suite in which it is impossible not to enjoy high-profile relaxation.
Charlotte and her partner Luca will surprise you with their availability and passion combined with their skill in the kitchen. We never imagined that such a suggestive and pleasantly alternative place could exist in the Modena Apennines. Highly recommended!!

Huge room windows take advantage of the rolling hill views, outstanding food, informative and highly recommended local tours (we did prosciutto and Parmigiano-Reggiano), excellent local massage (bargain, need to book) and top half-day pasta course.
Pics do not convey the beauty or food taste.
Book early. Many are annual visitors reserving a year in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an incredible experience! Charlotte and Luca were terrific hosts. The food was amazing - by far the very best of our two weeks in Italy. The surroundings were beautiful, serene, like out of a story book. we hope to return some time.
What an incredible experience-- from our kind and pleasant hosts to the serene Italian countryside, my wife and I were blown away. Luca and Charlotte clearly love what they are doing and have a passion for making meaningful connections. We felt always welcome but never bothered during our time at the farmhouse. When my wife and I weren't walking through the charming town of Benedello, we were able to explore the lavender fields and the rest of the farm. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone, even if just on the merit of the couple's incredible cooking. Everything was fresh, homemade, and delicious.
We were in Italy for two weeks, and I can only say that I wish we had spent more time with Luca and Charlotte. I hope we can go back sometime in the future.
