Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und wir wurden hervorragend betreut, bekocht und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Natur ist fantastisch und es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu sehen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir mit Hund dort waren und die Gastgeber außerordentlich tierlieb sind und unseren Vierbeiner ebenso herzlich empfangen haben. Das gibt es selten und das hat den Urlaub für uns dann wirklich perfekt gemacht. We were a guest at L´Ariete in autumn and were able to spend a wonderful 2-week holiday there. The apartment was very cozy and we were well looked after, cooked and felt very comfortable. Nature is fantastic and there is a lot to see in the area. It should be particularly emphasized that we were there with a dog and the hosts are extremely fond of animals and received our four-legged friend just as warmly. This is rare and it made the vacation really perfect for us.

Das Agritourismo-Hotel der besonderen Art liegt unterhalb des frühmittelalterlichen Hügelstädtchens Montone, inmitten eines idyllischen Parks mit einer Wiesen-, Blumen- und Baumlandschaft, die die Seele jauchzen lässt, und einem grossem Pool. Von hier aus geniesst man auch einen hinreissenden Ausblick auf einen Teil der imposanten Stadtmauer von Montone. Im schönen, sehr gepflegten Haupt- und Nebengebäude stehen mehrere Apartments mit Küche und Bad zur Verfügung. Jedes Apartment besitzt einen eigenen architektonischen Charme und ist rustikal und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Von den Apartments gelangt man direkt oder über Treppen zum Innenhof, der mit seinem Liebreiz und den diversen Sitzgelegenheiten ebenfalls zum Verweilen sowie am Abend zum Essen (Küche von Martina: grandios!) einlädt. Andy und Martina sind geniale Gastgeber und tragen entscheidend dazu bei, dass der Abschied nach den Ferien im L'Ariete sehr, sehr schwerfällt. L'Ariete is an old Umbrian farm with a patina steeped in history. The special kind of agritourism hotel is located below the early medieval hill town of Montone, in the midst of an idyllic park with meadows, flowers and trees that let the soul rejoice, and a large pool. From here you can also enjoy a gorgeous view of part of the imposing city wall of Montone. There are several apartments with kitchen and bathroom available in the beautiful, very well-kept main and auxiliary building. Each apartment has its own architectural charm and is furnished in a rustic and very tasteful manner. From the apartments you get directly or via stairs to the inner courtyard, which with its charm and the various seating areas also invites you to linger and to eat in the evening (Martina's kitchen: terrific!). Andy and Martina are brilliant hosts and make a decisive contribution to making saying goodbye after the holidays at L'Ariete very, very difficult.

M	Michael Dawsons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a dirty place, huge dog walking in the kitchen, owners smoking even while talk to the clients, when kitchen door opened we just couldn't believe to our eyes ... jurassic park ! Apparently owners just don't care about cleanliness. I would never come back there again, terrible holidays. We been many times in Umbria and Montone and will be back, but not at Countryhouse L'Ariete.
