Giovanna Voria, la chef e titolare, è una colonna Sea cucina cilentana tradizionale e una testimonial della Dieta Mediterranea. I piatti sono leggeri ed emozionanti nella capacità che esprimono di regalare i veri sapori di un tempo. Le verdure fresche o anche le erbe selvatiche vengono dalla campagna della Voria, il resto da fornitori locali fidati. Un luogo da non perdere per chi non si da abbindolare dagli agriturismo che nascono dal nulla e senza storia. An authentic and enchanting farmhouse. Giovanna Voria, the chef and owner, is a traditional Cilento Sea cuisine column and a testimonial of the Mediterranean Diet. The dishes are light and exciting in the ability they express to give the true flavors of the past. Fresh vegetables or even wild herbs come from the Voria countryside, the rest from trusted local suppliers. Appena si arriva a Corbella si respira da subito aria di casa, immersi nelle montagne del verde parco Giovanna ti accoglie come solo lei sa fare. I suoi piatti? Non ci sono parole, pura arte dai sapori autentici, una rarità di questi posti. Grazie Giovanna torneremo presto ??? P	Pasquale Conforti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su Corbella e la signora Giovanna, ci sarebbe da scrivere un libro ma le recensioni devono essere stringate e immediatamente comprensbibili ma poi rovinerei il gusto della scoperta. Un Posto introvabile ma nell'accezione più positiva del termine anche perché non è una sfida ma un piacevole sentiero collinare. Il posto si trova nel mezzo di una vallata molto suggestiva. Su un pianoro sta l'agriturismo che sembra una locanda trasportata dal passato ai giorni nostri. Si può visitarla e starci sia per un percorso enogastronomico sia per chi vuol soggiornararci. lo stile contadino è evidente ovunque e mostrato anche in maniera disinvolta senza forzature del genere. Per quanto riguarda la cucina devo dire che finalmente ho constatato che è possibile parlare di vera dieta mediterranea senza cadere nelle solite pietanze e ingredienti della cucina "nobile", cosa che sinceramente fino a poco tempo fa avevo visto solo sulla carta ma mai sulla tavola. É incredibile la quantità di erbe, spezie e materie prime che riesce a coniugare senza tradire la vocazione "povera" e sorprendendo sempre sul gusto. Non facile da raggiungere ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Chapeau! Fixed menu of Cilento specialties, the only exception being the pasta with sauce for children. Ci hanno proposto il menù fisso a dire il vero eravamo un pochino scettici ma poi sono arrivate le pietanze ognuna di esse un esplosione di colori profumi e sapori indescrivibili ogni piatto una poesia....la proprietaria affabile e ad ogni domanda ha sempre prontamente risposto spiegando i vari piatti con i relativi ingredienti posso ancora dire che l'agriturismo è accessibilissimo per chi come me si accompagna ad un dispositivo per muoversi.... location che, anche se siamo rimasti solo il tempo del pranzo, mi ha donato una gradevolissima sensazione di calma interiore......mentre percorrevano la via di ritorno come un fulmine a ciel sereno la mia mente ha ricordato un servizio visto di recente su RAI 3 Giovanna Voria ambasciatore dieta mediterranea....sarei voluta tornare indietro per ringraziarla ancora una volta per le belle sensazioni che la sua cucina ha saputo donarmi. Spero in primavera di poter ritornare in questo meraviglioso posto....E sicuramente vi starete chiedendo quanto abbiamo speso e vi assicuro pochissimo. Sedersi a tavola per gustare bontà spaziali e tutte provenienti dall'orto rigoglioso di cui questa location è dotata! Ma, credetemi, dall'antipasto al dolce, è stato un tripudio dell'alta ristorazione, pura poesia. Se siete amanti della cucina mediterranea, non potete non andare almeno una volta al Corbella!
