Unico piatto per tutte le pietanze per non inquinare!!! Cosimo maestro di pizzica e cuoco eccezionale!!! R	Roy 02 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andare da Conte è come entrare in un luogo mistico, una masseria sparuta illuminata quasi solo dalle stelle, un portico con un unico lungo tavolo sotto la veranda e le infrastrutture spartane, quasi fatte a mano, come una pajara. è un crocevia di persone e avvenimenti, può capitare di cenare in mezzo a una riunione di famiglia, in un compleanno di parenti o abituali, con ospiti e amici che vengono da tutta Italia; Ci si scambia esistenze nel tempo di una cena, Conte con il suo silenzio ponderato e i suoi gesti granitici sembra voler incentivare la comunione di intenti sulla tavola, le portate diventano l'accompagnamento delle chiacchiere fino a notte fonda: passano i contorni dai pentoloni fumanti di verdure raccolte nell'orto davanti agli assaggi dei primi e così via, il tutto spiegato da chi hai accanto, il vino che viene e va, sempre versato da una mano diversa da quella che tiene il bicchiere. Astenersi introversi e impostati!
