Abbiamo trovato una piccola differenza che ora la macelleria è stata divisa dalla braceria,ma posso assicurarvi che la qualità e la disponibilità del personale è rimasta la stessa che abbiamo lasciato io ,mio Mario e mio figlio Abbiamo degustato il piatto B che ho diviso con mio marito ,porzione giusta per due persone ,che se vogliono degustare qualche altra delizia possono ordinarla pecrhe rimane comunque spazio per mangiare ancora qualcosa Da bere abbiamo preso un rosé della braceria Petracca davvero BUONO consiglio di prenotare e di andare in questo locale piccolo semplice ma pulito accogliente e di ottima qualità After 4 years we returned to this steakhouse (premise this year we were 60 km away from the steakhouse) but the desire to eat quality meat was great. Abbiamo preso le bombette, grigliata mista e per i bambini 2 hamburger che non sono nemmeno riusciti a finire, ma erano buoni e sono scomparsi comunque dal piatto??. Ho trovato favolosi gli gnummareddi. Spero di poter tornare un giorno, consiglio vivamente. Discovered by chance a few days ago during my Salento holidays, and thanks also to Google maps ?, excellent meat and friendly staff. We took the bowls, mixed grill and for the kids 2 burgers which they didn't even manage to finish, but they were good and disappeared from the plate anyway??. I found the gnummareddi fabulous. Hope to return someday, highly recommend.

Me l'hanno preparato appositamente con la panatura senza glutine. Carne molto buona e tenera, ogni bombetta aveva un gusto diverso, son rimasta davvero colpita. Personale gentilissimo, simpaticissimo ed attento all'esigenze del cliente. Direi top! Highly recommended place, despite my gluten intolerance I felt pampered and I was able to taste one of their specialties, the mix of bowler hats. They specially prepared it for me with gluten-free breading. Very good and tender meat, each bowler had a different taste, I was really impressed. Staff very kind, very nice and attentive to the needs of the customer. I would say top!

Il servizio è veloce, la ragazza è gentilissima, molto simpatica e disponibile. Il locale è semplice ma accogliente quanto basta. Unico neo è il riscaldamento: mangiare in un locale freddo non ti fa godere al meglio dei sapori. Prezzi giusti. The quality of the products is of a good level, the meat is excellent and cooked in the right way, for each piece its ideal cooking and also presented well. The service is fast, the girl is very kind, very nice and helpful. The place is simple but welcoming enough. The only drawback is the heating: eating in a cold place does not make you enjoy the flavors to the fullest. Fair prices.

Sono ormai tre anni che andiamo e possiamo solo e sempre riconfermare che sono veramente bravi. Le loro bombette... Divine!! Assolutamente da provare. It is a fantastic venue. Great meat, incredible prices, very kind staff. We have been going for three years now and we can only and always reconfirm that they are really good. Their bowler hats ... Divine !! Absolutely to try.
