Mi sono guardata intorno e mi sembrava di essere immersa in un tempo passato . Abbiamo scelto il tavolo sotto un simpaticissimo pergolato di uva americana e uno splendido venticello ci accompagnava con il vino bianco della casa che Lucio fa lui stesso . Poi ho assaggiato i deliziosi antipasti fatti di affettati sempre da lui prodotti e stagionati COPPA E PROSCIUTTO (i maiali sono del loro allevamento ) INCREDIBILE ! Non parliamo del formaggio stagionato con le bucce dell uva !!! Da non perdere ... il pane fatto in casa , la pasta e fagioli ( del suo orto ) con maltagliati d fatti dalla signora Luciana .... PAZZESCO ... Lo consiglio a chi ama la cucina genuina e nella pace circondato dalla natura ❤️ Bravi Lucio e Luciana I arrived at the Colle SANT Angelo farmhouse on 24 July 2020 and Lucio the owner greeted me with great sympathy. I looked around and I felt like I was immersed in a past time. We chose the table under a very nice American grape arbor and a splendid breeze accompanied us with the white house wine that Lucio himself makes. Then I tasted the delicious appetizers made of cold cuts always produced and seasoned by him. COPPA E PROSCIUTTO (the pigs are from their farm) INCREDIBLE! Let's not talk about aged cheese with grape skins !!! Do not miss ... homemade bread, pasta and beans (from his garden) with maltagliati d made by Mrs. Luciana .... CRAZY ... I recommend it to those who love genuine cuisine and peace surrounded by nature ❤️ Well done Lucio and Luciana

La qualità del cibo, la gentilezza e affabilità dei proprietari sono costanti. Il gusto delle preparazioni è tipicamente ciociaro. La produzione è rigorosamente famigliare come ci si aspetta da un autentico agriturismo. Il prezzo è adeguato. Certo, bisogna andare più di una volta per apprezzare il ricco ricettario della signora Luciana e del signor Lucio! In winter the fireplace. The swimming pool in summer. Costi esagerati, per una tripla senza pretese e senza riassetto giornaliero ben 120 euro a notte. E non mi prolungò oltre. La scorsa settimana ci ho portato a pranzo mia figlia di domenica, nonostante avessi telefonato mezz'ora prima e mi potevo tranquillamente aspettare un rifiuto, dato il giorno e l'orario, invece mi hanno trovato due posti fuori con bellissima vista sulla vallata e lo scorcio verso la montagna. Il cibo è una garanzia, prodotti a km 0, freschi e di qualità, piatti tipici e buonissimi, vino locale eccellente. Poi, cortesia, professionalità e simpatia non mancano assolutamente. Oggi una zuppa di fagioli con cipolla eccezionale, e poi che dire delle fettuccine una vera delizia, e poi un fantastico abbacchio con patate si squalgliava nella bocca. Buonissimo. All very good.
