There is no menu they serve you only fresh food from the valley and the surrounded area, everyday the menu is different and of course depends on the season that you go. Amazing service an location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After Being 5 Times in Madona di Campiglio, This was our BEST experience in terms of Food quality and place to be. If there was a a 6 stars they will deserve it. The place is just magical a wood traditional House with big potes of flowers facing those impressive mountains. The vue of the place is breath taking!! Now about the food i dont know where to start, every day is a new set menu. Every products are freshly made and organic. The Wine list is compelt and very diversified. Everything we eat was Perfectly cooked, SO tasty and succulent!! You guys made my week with last lunch we had. Ps: the price are so reasonable and affordable, 3 course lunch 35€. It's barging for the quality and the experience you will have. COULDN'T recommend more this unique place. Congratulations! We will be back next year. Chapeau bas !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had dinner twice here and both times it was excellent. There is a fixed menu all with local ingredients and alternatives in case you have food allergies or require special dishes. The location is just wonderful with an incredible view on the mountains. The road to get there can be covered in snow in winter so you will need a four wheels drive car. It can be reached on foot from Madonna di Campiglio with a nice walk in the woods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go here without reservation. On the way there several signs included indication for food (fork and knife symbol). When arriving there they only serve food and drinks to overnight guests or if you made a reservation before. Unfortunately that information is unavailable before you go there (one signpost of 6 had a small additional sign saying reservation needed, we saw it on the way back.)
Otherwise looking beautiful and idyllic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 2 nights and did not regret it for a second. The chalet is reachable via quite a steep but well maintained road. Only 6 rooms so the service was very personal. The view from the balcony was stunning. The bed was good and firm, the bathroom had a walk-in shower and nice amenities.
Dinner was scrumptious and varied and all locally sourced. Eduardo and his son Thomas gave good advice on the wine pairing.
Breakfast was again varied and home made by the chef. Loved the strawberry/mint marmalade!
Even though the weather on our second day was atrocious and we could not go hiking, we had a fabulous time sitting next to the fireplace and chatting to Eduardo.
Highly recommended and when we are in the region, we will absolutely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most magical place on earth. We found Chalet Fogajard by accident in Oct 2018 and arrived very hungry without knowing anything about the Chalet. We were blown away by the hospitality, amazing food, and warm atmosphere. We were lucky that they had a room available that night and didn’t know what to expect in the morning. We opened our eyes the next morning and the view took our breath away. We fell so deeply in love that we returned the next year for a week and brought friends and family with us. We cannot speak highly enough about the atmosphere, the kind owners, and the stunning location. We hope to return many times and for our favorite place in the world to continue to thrive.
