g	giovanni torrisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bel ristorante nell'entroterra siciliano. Cibo genuino, ambiente rilassato e cordiale. Abbiamo mangiato dei bei piatti tipici della tradizione siciliana. Antipasto molto ricco e vario con ricotta, caponata, formaggi, panelle e salumi. Ci hanno portato incluso nel menù fisso: due assaggi primi e tre secondi di carni. Tra i primi consiglio le trofie al ragù, ma anche la pasta fresca alla zucca era valida. Tra i secondi ci hanno portato dell', agnello e salsiccia cucinati benissimo. Anche le patate al forno di contorno erano buone. Nei 20 euro vino della casa acqua caffè amari e dolce erano compresi. In generale ho apprezzato tutto e lo consiglio. A nice restaurant in the Sicilian hinterland. Genuine food, relaxed and friendly environment. We ate some nice typical dishes of the Sicilian tradition. Very rich and varied appetizer with ricotta, caponata, cheeses, panelle and salami. They brought us included in the fixed menu: two first and three second tastings of meat. Among the first I recommend the trofie with meat sauce, but the fresh pasta with pumpkin was also valid. Among the main courses they brought us the lamb and sausage cooked very well. The side baked potatoes were also good. In the 20 euros house wine, water, coffee, bitters and sweet were included. In general I enjoyed everything and recommend it.

Il bis era la regola. Raramente ho visto il personale della sala così attenti e incredibilmente professionale. Bravi bravi e ancora bravi. Ci ritornerò appena possibile. What to say?
