Vor allem hat mich überzeugt, wie subtil sich die pfeffrige Note langsam im Mund entfaltet und den Geschmack von Salat, Brot, ... nochmal besonders zur Geltung kommen lässt. They guided us through their sophisticated production. At the end we could taste the fantastic oil. It's great that the tradition continues. And at the same time room is given to innovation.
