L' accoglienza al mattino, con una colazione ricca di cose buone e SANE, a km zero o locale, torte fatte da loro squisite!!! PERSINO LA RICOTTINA Fresca!!!!
La pulizia dei locali, e del giardino impeccabile!
La zona per il parcheggio comodissimo.
Silenzio, profumi e i colori del paesaggio mi hanno dato una gran gioia!
Ho adorato TUTTO!
 I spent 2 nights in this farmhouse where the attention to customers was perfect!
The welcome in the morning, with a breakfast full of good and HEALTHY things, at zero km or local, delicious cakes made by them !!! EVEN THE FRESH RICOTTINA !!!!
The cleanliness of the premises and the impeccable garden!
The parking area is very convenient.
Silence, scents and the colors of the landscape have given me great joy!
I loved EVERYTHING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo letto delle ottime recensioni su questo bel casale ma averci passato due notti è stato semplicemente fantastico! Appena entrati siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla cura di ogni particolare noi poi siamo arrivati che c' erano ancora tutti gli addobbi di Natale e quindi si respirava una vera atmosfera calda e Natalizia.La stanza bellissima e molto pulita la colazione è stata una sorpresa! Buonissima e abbondante con i prodotti del territorio...la cosa apprezzata di più è stata sicuramente la SPA due ore di puro relax .La Martina poi di una gentilezza unica sempre disponibile per qualche consiglio e anche sua mamma una persona eccezzionale! Non vedo l' ora di ritornarci! Grazie dell' ospitalità. A Presto!
I had read some great reviews about this beautiful farmhouse but spending two nights there was just amazing! As soon as we entered we were very impressed by the attention to every detail and then we arrived that there were still all the Christmas decorations and therefore there was a real warm and Christmas atmosphere. The beautiful and very clean room the breakfast was a surprise! Very good and abundant with local products ... the most appreciated thing was certainly the SPA two hours of pure relaxation. La Martina then of a unique kindness always available for some advice and even her mother an exceptional person! Can't wait to go back! Thanks for the hospitality. See you soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truly beautiful place to stay the accommodation is immaculate and really comfortable the breakfast is outstanding and true to the region of Friuli with local and home baked cakes and produce Take time to walk around the garden and grounds they are perfect
as is the hospitality of Martina and her family the cheese plate prosecco and house beer was wonderful grazie mille xx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic quiet place about 20 min by car to the sea. The hosts, Martina and her brother transfered an old countryside farm into a brilliant B&B villa. Everything was clean and tidy. A brilliant garden and a very delicious breakfast including a lot of domestic products. The staff were all very kind. We enjoyed our time there and are definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful farmhouse transformed into luxury boutique hotel. Our suite was just beautiful, with a wonderful huge terrace with sun-lounges and small table.
Fresh modern decor, that is in harmony with the surroundings and farmhouse. Comfortable bed, amazing rain shower, great wi-fi and the freshest breakfast. This is a wonderful place to enjoy and overnight stay or a week.
They serve great antipasti plates, with local wine and beer. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful Agriturismo, for EV / Tesla owners there is a charge station to connect with your own cable. We will absolutely be back ❤️❤️
